Good

The hotel was a little dated but clean and tidy. We were expecting the hotel to be more isolated but instead was in between a very busy major highway and railway line. So sitting outside on the balcony was very noisy. In saying that one the patio doors were closed it was quiet. Fine for overnight stop but wouldn’t want to be there for any longer. Staff were very good and efficient. Quirky ‘ghost ‘ town next door with so many old things to see they have collected since the 1960’s.

Room was clean, staff friendly and helpful. Only downside was the tv had bad reception and there was no air conditioning. Room had a rustic feel and it was great for a short stay

Very disappointing experience. The room was in poor condition, and the balcony was extremely dirty. There were no napkins provided, only half a roll of toilet paper with no extra roll available. The fan was also broken and running very slowly. For the price they charge, I expected much better cleanliness, maintenance, and basic amenities. Unfortunately, this hotel is not worth the price you pay. I would not recommend staying here.

Ghost town was great

Wonderful stay, we loved the history and homey feeling with lots to do and our family had a blast!

This is an amazing place to stay so much to see and do highly recommend the ghost town

Great family spot, secure grounds for kids to play, nice beach. Ghost town was terrific. Limited wifi and poor tv reception. Bring your own food, restaurant food was totally uninspired, my Yorkshire pudding out of a package looked like a pancake, soup out of a can, pot roast was dry, my wife sliced roast beef dip sandwich was just more pot roast on a hotdog bun, as said uninspired but sure made us laugh and our young waitress was adorable as was the whole staffing of the property.

We enjoyed the welcoming stay. The staff were very helpful. The chateau is set in a beautiful location, and the ghost town was well worth the visit. There is no air conditioning in the chateau, but even in the middle of summer, that really wasn’t an issue.

It was quiet and convenient. The pool was okay. The restaurant was really basic. Not bed-I would give it 3.5 stars.

We had a lovely stay at Three Valley Lake Chateau. The property has a charming, unique atmosphere, and the surroundings are absolutely beautiful and peaceful. The room was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and everything was well maintained. It was a relaxing and memorable experience, and we would be happy to visit again.

The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The property could use a little TLC. We had a wonderful view of the lake. We would stay here again.
