I would definitely stay at Robin Hood Inn and Suites again, The rooms are quite basic but bed is very comfy, pillows were great. The thing I noticed the most though was how clean the room was. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels…most a lot nicer than this one but this is the cleanest one I’ve stayed at. I pulled the bedside table to see if there was a plug in for charging my phone. The plug in was not there but there was also no dust bunnies, which is almost unheard of in hotels. Because of this cleanliness, I would stay here again, Cost of the room also included continental breakfast which is another plus. It’s walking distance to Starbucks and a couple of nice restaurants, which is another plus. The staff and check-in and checkout were very polite, helpful and professional, Oh and they also have pet friendly rooms,

Housekeeping every three days, changing beds every seven days...really? After 3 days the room attendant didn't refill the shower gel and didn't vacuum the room. Chipped furniture and wood trims, cheap repairs, easily to observe. Will try to avoid, for sure.

The included is pathetic and disappointing for a place that claims to include a delicious breakfast.

The shower was terrible and one of the shower heads was broken. Some of the outlets had no power. Lots of dust around the room and the AC was not cleaned. Staff were nice and the bed was super comfy, however the towels were very rough. Overall it is decent for the price but I will probably pay for a nicer hotel next time.

Clean and good deal. Checkout is fast but nighttime checkin has only one person.

This is an older motel with outside corridors. Location is excellent either way access to walking areas and the gorge. The property needs cleaning up on paths and outside areas too s have been upgraded. Breakfast is continental style but adequate.

Not a great experience at all. Stains all over the couch and a dead rat at the entrance of the Inn wasn't a great first impression. It was so hard to sleep with all the noise outside our room and we didn't use the pull out couch due to the stains, etc - so we asked and the manager to change rooms. He said no problem. Pack your bags and I will personally move them to the new room before you arrive back to the hotel. When we got back - nothing was moved and the staff said there was no message to move us and no rooms available. Overpriced, dirty, and poorly managed - you can find a better place to stay.

We loved the room and ability to cook as well. This is our go to hotel when we are in The area.

Such a wonderful hotel. From start to finish, friendly welcoming staff. Rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. Ideal place of exploring Victoria and surrounding areas. Will definately stay here again, next time we're in town.
