Lobby is large. So comfortable. Everything is OK, just only the elevator is so old. Meander should update it.

It was the 2nd time I stayed in Meander Taipei. Because I think everything there is on point. The location is great, just walkable from Ximending area, Ximen stations, and some of the bus stops. The staff are very polite and helpful. They speak English very well because there was a lot of foreign travelers staying there. The environment is very comfy. Everything is very clean and tidy. The bed and dormitory room is comfortable for a long stay. The shower and toilet room is great. Yes, they have a bidet in the toilet 😀. Definitely would stay there again if I visit Taipei next time 👌🏻.

I have a pleasant stay here. They have a complete set of your needs. You’ll be enjoying staying at the common area where you can socialize with other travelers. It is accessible to Ximen Nigh Market, Ximen Station, 7-11 stores and Family Mart. I highly recommend this place to other travelers.

They have free breakfast. What I like about it is the social atmosphere. Do try to join their activities - you meet the most friendly, amazing people. The staff also remember guest and are always willing to help out, provide recommendations and help you find your way about

Clean room & comfort bedding pad, safe for single journey, a little bit walk from Ximen station (not over 10 mins), shopping & food are close to hostel, recommended!

房間很乾淨，員工非常友善熱情。地理位置也很便利。幾公尺外就有一家通宵營業的火鍋店，非常熱鬧。每天晚上都有顧客排隊，看起來非常美味。飯店距離捷運和西門町市場約600公尺。如果有機會，我一定會再入住。

Good place to chill, unwind, and relax after a long tiring day in Taipei. Staffs are really friendly and helpful. :)

This is my new standard for value-for-money. Let me start with the bathroom and toiletries as this is what most hostels don't get right. They have all the basic toiletries (shower cream, shampoo, conditioner, cotton buds) and they have items that girls can't live without (makeup remover, hair net, sanrio, pantyliner, napkin with wings, and napkin without wings, all neatly organized in the equally clean bathrooms). They even have hair straighteners in each bathroom, on top of the hair dryers available (take note that I used plural nouns)!!! The common area has all the games I like (darts, futsal, board games), musical instruments, books, and they have a wall full of destination recommendations! The staff are all helpful and considerate. They even offer free trips around the city. I also like how it's also very near Ximending Night Market, the best one in Taipei. I can't run out of good things to say about this place. It is the hostel to be. All that for only less than US$14/night! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would but since I can't, I just hope this review would encourage more people to book their stay in Meander!
