If youre going to the US embassy, it is definitely walking distance. If your room is overlooking the bay, you can see the footbridge that leads to the us embassy. Awesome place.

They gave me a huge room with a big window for the view. Rustic feel with big lamps that had old-style switches. Staff were very pleasant and warm. Just watch out for the dot-sized bugs in areas frequently wet like the shower walls and the sink~

This is the worst hotel ever! My family and I are supposed to be having fun during new year's eve but this hotel gave us a headache. We are a total of 4 guests and we booked suite with one bedroom (room 305) and a standard room (1003), both with plated breakfasts. 1) toiletries: there are no toiletries that's being provided in standard rooms, on top of that, there is only one set of toiletries provided in the suite. Seriously? Are we supposed to share the same toothbrush? 2) the standard room are smoking rooms. We never stayed in the room because of the smell and just stayed in the suite until we watched the fireworks and the 2 of us tried to sleep in the standard room and the other 2 went back to the suite. My goodness, it literally gave us a headache because of the smell. We then decided to sleep on the couch of the suite and left the room just now! Horrible! 3) customer service: my mom went down to see if we can request for another room, the receptionist asked her to upgrade the room instead!!! Seriously?! Can you be honest on all your marketing so customers will not be deceived on your ads. 4) appliances: literally outdated! I'm typing this feedback while lying on 2 connected chairs and my mom is lying on the couch. Hey, i've had previous accommodations to different types of hotels in metro manila from 2 stars to 5 stars but this is, by far, the worst among the worst! "happy" new year (yes, with full of sarcasm) edit: breakfast: breakfast is until 10am we won't down by 8am and went outside the hotel on a nearby cafe (cameo cafe) to eat the freaking breakfast, guess what, we only had 2 choices left, omelette and hamsilog? What the h*** is that?!? On new year huh? Never again. Never ever book to his hotel!

It's my second time to stay in this Hotel. Even if it's oldie but I like how the rooms was created because there is a mini kitchen on it and by that I can cooked whatever I want to saved expenses. Even if the things are oldie I'm still satisfied with the service! Til next time!

The room is not worth it with its price. Though the location is good for my visa interview. The room is kinda old, some parts are rusty.

Very spacious room and bathroom. Useful kitchen. 1 suite is recommended. old furniture and old AC.
