整體都好好,職員熱心協助,特別是早餐好好味 好多選擇!!!! 但不幸我入住的房間沒有熱水供應 令我不知所措,不過職員都安排我們用另一間房間沖涼

今次旅程一行17人，book左7間房，酒店好靚好舒適，職員禮貌10分滿分，很樂意和主動幫忙~Very Good！ 早餐好味好大份，讚！ 缺點：沖涼水壓不好，出水慢又等好耐才有熱水。 酒店門口沙灘潮漲時水清沙幼，不過潮退時有少許味道，因為酒店門口對出有一條水渠正在放水，感覺有點污濁。 沙灘潮退時可以見到有海星和大量海膽，但不宜走得太遠。

I was there with my friends for 5 days to enjoy Chinese New Year holidays. The overall impression is very good and the staff are nice. Plenty of choice for breakfast we have and good view to enjoy. Also, good service for 1-hr free massage is provided. It is worth even is free. Unbelievable. I booked the seaview with balcony room. It is perfect and good position to take photos. But, maybe some people believe strong wind to hit the window and the room is not quite. For me, it is fine as too tired after sport activites. Only the things to be improved are the water pressure and water temperature for bathing. It is too low and maybe I lived in second floor not enough water pressure. The water is not hot enough for bathing at night. Sometimes, flush water in toilet...should be considered. In general, Palassa is very good.

這家民宿就正面對海，我們住在有露台面海房，如果您是很隨興的人會喜歡這裡，很注重細節的人我就不建議了。服務人員很友善，早餐的班尼狄克蛋很好吃。位於長灘島的東邊，這裡的海邊不如西邊乾淨，海草很多，風大浪較大，適合風箏衝浪，我是12月中去的，風超級大。 令人傷心的是有一個水管直接伸入海洋

浴室水溫時常不固定 浴室的盥洗用品4罐都是護髮乳 房間清潔的部份真的需要再加強 基本上員工都很熱心 早餐歐姆蛋很美味

旅館有私人海域，只可惜有點髒，checkin後告知有贈送按摩，還頗驚喜的，房間很漂亮，從陽臺可以看得到海景，離D'mall很近，服務人員都很有禮貌，可惜房間內沒有電話，有問題都還要親自跑一趟櫃檯，有點麻煩，浴室提供的盥洗用具很齊全，不過也沒有電梯，上下樓要用手搬行李，櫃檯很隱密，剛到達的時候不仔細看根本不會發現，早餐選擇很多，這部分還不錯

服務相當親切，所有工作人員都很友善，有免費WIFI晚上12點關閉，房間內有油畫布置，老闆是個畫家

櫃台人員很親切，熱水不是很穩定，早餐很豐盛，出去就是海邊很方便，但距離DMAILL需要走一段路，車子無法直接到達。

I absolutely loved my stay at Palassa. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The property was very nice, the room and view was amazing. My only gripe with my stay was the noise outside from the locals starting at 5am. I don’t know why there are people outside socializing so early, but it woke me up every single night. Talking loudly, vendors shouting for someone to buy their products at the crack of dawn. It was absolutely horrible. I couldn’t get any rest.

What a gem. What a surprise! Going back here for sure!

We loved our stay here, it was situated perfectly on the otherside of Boracay away from all the noise of the stations. The view of Bulabog beach from the room was amazing. It was nice watching all the kite surfers. The popular White beach was less than a 10 minute walk away, through the town centre. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were so friendly and helpful, would highly recommend!

Ground floor unit directly on the street. Very loud street nouce and impossible to sleep. Could have rather stayed in a no-view room since you need to have your curtains closed at all time unless you want to be on display.
