我和先生總共住了三天，鎖住房間包括早餐和晚餐！但膳食方面質素惡劣，豆腐超乾、煎魚也是隔夜、甜品敷衍。

這是一間非常古色古香的飯店，飯店每一位服務人員都超有禮貌，我很喜歡。房間還有很大的窗戶可以看到一望無際的海。非常棒

酒店的員工服務態度很好，無論是網上的回應還是入住時的態度都很好。而且酒店很漂亮，對著大海。不過晚上的暖氣有點熱。

舒適，有無敵大海景，房間寬躺整齊整潔乾淨，還有細心寫上我的日本名字作為房號，很有心思。

非常傳統精神的和式溫泉飯店，整個流程非常有效率且體驗超級棒，懷石晚餐超讚，雖然ㄧ泊二食不便宜，但很值得！

體驗到傳統日式溫泉旅館的服務與人員專業的服務。 希望能再回到這邊旅行。

晚餐像在吃精品一樣，很精緻很用心都可以在每一道餐感受的到！ 房間的窗邊時常有海鷗飛來，聽著海浪的聲音 真的要多留一點時間待在這裡

Nice japanese style hotel, clean and tidy, very good food, very friendly staff, nice sea views, Japanese bath a bit small but the open area is good, can enjoy seaview and listen to the waves pounding the shore. Got an Ipad in the room that can use hotel services and connect to the Internet (e.g. Playing Youtube).

Services are excellent!! Staffs are always full of smiles! Highly recommended! Relaxing And enjoyable

酒店已經有93年歷史，保留好多日本的傳統，地方都好整潔！酒店員工服務非常殷勤，個早餐好正！不過酒店設施太少，溫泉雖然係天然，不過地方太細！而且本人唔喜歡訓墊褥

I literally do not have the ability to accurately express how AMAZING, our stay was. The staff could not have been more professional. The Onsen, could not have been more relaxing, both the private and public ones. The place was spotless as well. It may have been the nicest, fanciest, ritziest place I’ve ever been. It has literally been the best, and I mean the best, part of my entire trip to Japan!! When I get married I want to go back there for my honey moon.

Small boutique hotel. You hardly see any other guests. Beautifully decorated. Warm welcome tea and snack in the lobby while you wait. True Japanese hospitality. Everything is done with thoughtfulness. The dining room has a great view of the beach. Food was delicious. You get a staff member assigned to your room for your stay. Onsen is small but offers a beautiful beach and ocean view. Enjoyed the experience and the stay. Highly recommend it.

This is a wonderful experience. The room is big, all have huge window/ balcony toward the sea. Hot spring bath is also great. You can book tour private hot spring room. What real impressed me is the food. It worths 1 or even 2 Michelle stars. The breakfast has about 15 items. Dinner omakase list is about foot long…Lol. All at very very reasonable price. In all this is an outstanding hotel with over 100 year history worth every penny.

Amazing service, food, onsen, and traditional ryokan experience.

大変良いです。 和室なので床に座る部屋です。 私達は年配なので座るソファーが欲しいです。 またベットタイプの布団敷なのでベッドの様な高さがありません。 立ち上がりる事が大変でした。 やはりある程度の高さが有るベットが楽です。 分からずに予約しました。 この点が残念でした。 大変静かでゆったりして良かったです。 サウナも有ればもっと良いです。
