Asked the room to be cleaned after the first night, was never done. Checked reception 4:34 pm and no one was around. Rang the 2 phones given on the door a few times and no one got back to us. Checked the reception again an hour later, still no luck. The following day before we checked out, we want to at least get fresh towels but the reception was not available until after the check out time so we had to use dirty towels. Won't recommend.
