good location. walking distance to food street. stuff is friendly

The room is great. I love swimming pool. Staffs are also really helpful and nice welcome.

I arrived at Nyaung Uu bus terminal at 7 am and went directly to the hotel by taxi. I had a warm welcome by the hotel staff, once I got out from the taxi. The staff were nice, friendly, willing to help, and speak English fluently. They provided many information about place to visit, how to go there, and would love to help us finding a good local transportation. Check in should be at 2 pm, but they let us do early check in. So, we got our room at 8 am. Another good service of the hotel. The room was clean, hot and cold water worked well. The bed was comfy enough to relax after exploring Bagan. It was easy to find restaurants, spa & massage, and e-bike rental shops near the hotel. Also, the hotel was located near many pagodas. I would like to recommend this hotel to everyone who want to stay in Bagan.

พนักงานสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี มีความกระตือรือร้นในการช่วยเหลือที่ดีมาก มีอย่างเดียวที่ไม่ชอบคือ การฉีดยากันยุงขณะลูกค้านอนในห้อง เราต้องนอนดมยาฆ่ายุง แม้จะเป็นกลิ่นส้ม แต่มันไม่ดีต่อระบบหายใจเลย

Very nice hotel and friendly staff doing everything to make your stay very pleasant. If back to Bagan we will choose this hotel again.

If you need a practical place to just put your stuff and sleep and close to somewhat modern restaurants then this is the place for you. Nothing more. System is infuriating and service is half-assed at best.
