A delightful thatched inn overlooking village green. Lovely outside seating area. Good parking at rear of building. Very well presented room with AC ( Stamford) fresh milk and bottles of water in a small fridge, good lighting and power points Bathroom with shower and generous sized towels. Comfortable bed and pillows. A small sofa too well placed for watching tv. Food - dinner and breakfast options - good. Very welcoming and pleasant staff.

The room was nice, parking is tight has a cosy pub attached but the food that we had was disappointing. I would say it was overpriced, should be £100 when compared to others in the area. Staff were great.

Lovely Inn with excellent staff and very good food.

The room we had - the Elton is tired and ready for a refurb. Electric showers are my pet peeve. The food was ok, far from amazing. The building is beautiful outside and the garden is stunning.

We stayed in the 'Nene@ room in what appears to be a newly built outbuilding in the grounds. the room had everything you would expect to a high standard

Beautiful, spacious character room at picturesque inn in pretty village. Food was of a very high standard. One of the best meals I’ve had this year. Would definitely go back

Absolutely beautiful! The room was clean and comfortable. The best nights sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel. The attention to detail is impeccable. There was even a projector and aircon in the room. The food was incredible and it’s located in a postcard setting. Highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely beautiful location, amazing staff and a wonderful stay. Only wish we were staying longer. Couldn’t have been more helpful and the rooms were terrific.

Room was beautiful, really appreciated the fresh milk in the fridge for my coffee. Unfortunately that was much needed following a faulty fire alarm overnight which wasn't handled well with no real apology from the venue. Disappointing, but hopefully now resolved for future guests.

Would prefer to be mean about The Crown to keep it to myself but it is a great little find. Clean, friendly, lovely rooms and great food.

An excellent stay at this beautiful thatched hotel. The room was huge and the bathroom was even bigger, a lovely comfy super king-size bed. The breakfast was good and the service was great, the evening meal was lovely. I would definitely stay again.
