Well. The room, the view and atmosphere were all great. But the staffs really do leave a bad impression for me. I called to customer service to ask if there 's any other way to enter the hotel due to the main entrance being under a reconstruction, the staff told me that "you wait there, we don't own the road" instead of a kind and nice way to inform your guest like "sorry, that's the only way in, please wait for a while and sorry for the inconveniences". I've rated 4 if staff service is excluded here.
