Ailecek gittiğimiz otelde 4 gece 5 gün konakladık ve gerçekten dolu dolu, çok keyifli bir tatil geçirdik. Hepimiz çok memnun kaldık. Özellikle otelin aile dostu olması büyük bir avantajdı; çocuklarımız çok güzel eğlendi ve tatilin tadını doyasıya çıkardı. Yemekler gerçekten muhteşemdi, çeşit ve lezzet açısından beklentimizin üzerindeydi. Personeller ise son derece ilgili, güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Kısacası, her yönüyle çok memnun kaldığımız bir tatil oldu. Herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz.

Amazing hotel. Pools og rides for the children and a lot os opportunities for food. Clean hotel and rooms. The staff was very kind.

Unfortunately as a returning guest I didn’t feel very welcomed at all. The staff were very unhelpful and not once did I feel like I was looked after I sat for 30 minutes in the restaurant before anyone even come over to me to ask if I needed anything. I was let down a few times In the restaurant however most of the staff at the pool bar was lovely, it’s a shame I felt this way as the last time I was there the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay. The only disappointment was the food. Don’t get me wrong there were plenty of options. The only issue was we found it bland and it lacked depth of flavour. The lemon cheese cake for instance didn’t have the correct texture and no lemon flavour (some sort of jelly on top). The Indian cuisine seemed like a token gesture and there was no option to add flavour i.e. sauces, spices.

Lovely and kind staff! My kids loved every minute at the pool and beach. The main restaurant had a lot of variety and very fresh foods! It was way too noisy, Which made it difficult to relax while eating a meal. We tried an a la carte restaurant and that was delicious food as well as a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. Thank you!

Everything from the welcome package in your room to the food and the property was great. I highly recommend it.

We emailed in advance about vegetarian food, yet staff repeatedly claimed there were no special requests for us until we argued and they checked properly. Even after giving meal timings, food was never ready and we were left waiting. Rooms are not anything close 5-star standard. Beds were worn out and caused back pain. A broken key holder was reported but never fixed. Staff knocked once and walked straight into our room — completely unacceptable. Housekeeping vacuumed corridors before 9am, hitting doors and disturbing sleep. Poor organisation, poor privacy standards, and very uncomfortable stay. Would not recommend it.

Hotel is nice . Only problem we had was we didn’t get the room we booked and told they didn’t do two single beds in one room only to discover they did . Rooms weren’t cleaned properly.balcony door was broken didn’t shut properly.When enquiring about options and things to do Some staff were very rude . Food options were not that great on some nights. Constant pressure from vendors to have extra services and trying to push their sales onto you

La nourriture était bonne, l’endroit est propre, le transport vers la plage et la piscine était bien organisé. Cependantdans la chambre que j’avais le lit pour enfant n’était pas confortable : le cadre était en fer et j’ai dû mettre le matelas par terre. La connexion Internet est très faible et les piscines ne sont pas chauffées, donc en octobre elles ne sont pas très utilisables.

Would not recommend

All was very good. Excellent service and beatific and clean property. Very well organised on all aspects. However the coffee machines in the restaurant are really really bad. That cannot be called coffee. The Starbucks opens at 10am so it’s a long wait for a decent cup of coffee at breakfast. My last few days I discovered the Panorama bar which serves good Turkish coffee and cappuccino. Please change the coffee machine in the restaurant area with something more drinkable such as Nespresso or similar. Thank you.
