Ikke velg utsikt mot bakgården, det var ikke koselig. Også merkelig at basseng var i et annet bygg. Bortsett fra det var det veldig bra på Fergus med veldig god beliggenhe t og frokost og hyggelig bar.

The service is really fantastic. There might be some issues with older buildings and perhaps the aircondition is a little outdated - but the people and the rooms are excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at FERGUS Style Soller Beach! Although we arrived early, the reception staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. We were initially offered a room on the first floor, but when we asked if a higher floor was available, the lovely lady at reception immediately checked for us. She first offered us a room on the fourth floor, and then surprised us by telling us they also had another room with a private outdoor spa on the rooftop terrace. Of course we said yes – and it turned out to be the most amazing room! The rooftop terrace, private spa, and stunning views over the harbour made our stay unforgettable. The breakfast buffet is absolutely fantastic, with everything you could possibly wish for. Fresh, delicious, and with a great variety every morning. A huge thank you to the entire team for the outstanding service and warm hospitality. We truly felt welcome from the moment we arrived. We will definitely be back!

Vi ønsker at klage over vores ophold, da hotellet ikke leverede de faciliteter, vi havde betalt for. Airconditionen virkede ikke i flere dage, selvom vi gentagne gange kontaktede receptionen. Hotellet markedsfører aircondition på Hotels.com, men den fungerede ikke, og vi fik hverken en løsning eller kompensation – kun besked om selv at betale for et andet hotel. Værelset var desuden beskidt og af meget dårlig kvalitet. Vi anmoder derfor om, at sagen behandles.

Vi havde en dejlig uge på hotellet. Fantastisk placering lige ved en dejlig strand og tæt på alle restauranterne. Meget sødt og hjælpsomt personale. Super fin morgenmad, hvor man kan bestille sin egen omelet.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel! the location was amazing, walking distance to everything in Port de Soller. The breakfast was great and the staff were spectacular (especially Carolina)! She truly went above and beyond! My only complain is that the beds were not comfortable, so not very happy about that but everything else was great!

Lite synd det inte framgår att man kan bli placerad i annan byggnad när man bokar. Rent fräschar, läget är kanon om man är i huvudbyggnaden. Från den andra är det ett kvarter upp från stranden. Parkering är väldigt begränsad vilket kan vara en utmaning. Kan rekommenderas som medelstarandard och prisvärt.

This is our second stay at Fergus Hotel, Soller. We loved it! It is in a perfect location, the buffet breakfast was lovely with lots of choice and we couldn’t fault our room. It was clean and fresh. We hope to be back again next year!

The location of this property was across from the ocean and close to all restaurants and amenities. The breakfast that was included with our booking was excellent. A huge variety of food, coffee's and even bubbles! Seating was abundant and we really enjoyed sitting outside on the patio each morning. The room was clean and accurately reflected the pictures provided. We were not aware that the pool is actually not on the property and at the end of the block. And, it closed at 5:00PM. If I weren't busy all day exploring areas of Mallorca I would have been disappointed. Also worth mentioning is parking is a HUGE challenge. There is no parking on site, roadway parking or public parking lots are really, really difficult to secure and we were there in May! Cannot imagine parking in peak season. We did finally get a paid parking spot in an underground for 10 Euros for 24 hours but we got extremely lucky after driving around for over 30 minutes searching.

The hotel is lovely and very relaxed atmosphere. We had a fabulous time. Our room was lovely with balcony. My only regret is that we did not get a room with a balcony over looking the bay. Unfortunately , the hotel was fully booked and we could not upgrade.

Felt thay this was not a 4 star property and expensive. Swimming pool was off site and not open until 11am. Poor decore in hallways and needs updating. Though clean and comfortable beds. Perfect location and view if you get a sea facing room.

What a fantastic stay; from the check all the way through check out, my experience (with my 3 year old daughter) was absolutely flawless. Staff were first class and super attentive, the room and location absolutely perfect with tram station, beach, boat tours and an array of restaurants literally metres away. We will recommend and be back!
