Nothing special but not horrible

It was so relaxing stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and laundry facility had 4 of each machine so no waiting for washer or dryer

A decent hotel with shuttle to airport. Was everything we needed for an overnight stay. Room was clean and staff were friendly.

Room was clean but it had a number of deficiencies which we noted on a card provided in the room for staff to attend to.

Pros: The hotel room was clean and appears updated (compared to the Inn exterior and lobby). Double room was spacious, bed was comfortable, good shower. Hotel staff were helpful and prompt. There is ample parking available. Convenient location to stores and restaurants. Cons: The TV in my room was not working. Walls are very thin and the adjacent guests were talking loudly, a child was screaming and crying, and it sounded like they were hammering or dropping heavy objects on the floor past midnight. Not really the Inn’s fault but this led to very little sleep and a poor experience.

This place was fine. We didn’t spent much time in the room, but it was fine. The shower was good with a good water pressure. We had no iron in the room, but the staff found me one. The place was pretty clean and the bed was very comfortable. The disappointing part was that on our second day, we returned to our room to find that it wasn’t cleaned. We needed new towels etc. We queried this at the front desk and we were told that we had to request cleaning- which isn’t really what the rest of the world does so we had to make do. The blinds let on all of the light, which made it difficult to sleep and the AC unit kept making a silly noise during the night which was a bit annoying. But all in all, it was fine.

No elevator to the second floor. If there was the staff did not share that. The staff appeared to be more combative than friendly. Almost bothered with questions rather than being helpful. Would I stay again? Probably not, I would check other options before selecting Yukon Inn again. Attitude is 90% of it.

The room was clean. There is a guest laundry which was very convenient for us to do our laundry on site.

The staff were pleasant and helpful except for not having someone help us up the stairs with our bag. Being seniors and having physical limitations made getting up the flight of stairs difficult. The room and bed were comfortable with all we needed for our stay. The Yukon Inn was a little way from downtown but taxi service was quick and very reasonably priced. The hotel offered shuttle service to and from the airport which was very convenient.

We arrived at 11:15 p.m. and left at 6:00 a.m. so other than a few hours sleep and quick showers we didn't use the facility.

All good had a nice stay

It was all good. Food in the restaurant was really good.

We had a great stay at Yukon Inn. Everything was as mentioned. This is right in the centre of Whitehorse so we were very close to restaurants and gas stations.

The facility and room was clean, comfortable bed. It was a very quick stay, but it provided all that was needed.
