The Staff Was Friendly But The Place Smelled Bad The Elevator Didn’t Work We Had To Use The Stairs To The Third Floor With My 86 Year Old Mother In Law

For the price I paid in this economy I can't even complain. But they should do something about the musky smell and the internet. The connectivity is non existent so just be aware

The room wasn’t terribly but the entire hotel had a strong odor of marijuana which gave me a headache. Outdated furniture and bedding linens were super old and had cigarette burn marks on them. I would not recommend staying here. The 6.8 stars on this place are definitely misleading.

This hotel room is about the size of a prison cell with no amenities. I reserved a non smoking room to only get a smoking room. Needless to say, we didn't stay and my money was refunded.

The floor was dirty. We could not walk barefooted because of the dirt. The light over the bed through the breaker 3 times. We were offered a different room but we had to much stuff to move. So we desided to have the problem fixed the next day. I had to work late and the staff could not approve me to stay until 12 or 1 pm. After speaking with management our stay was cut to 12 pm or pay $30 more and be out at 3pm. I understand the room needs housekeeper but I worked and could not make the 12 pm checkout. The worst part of my stay was no outside doors locked. Anyone at anytime can get in the hotel. I usually travel alone. I won't stay at this hotel alone. The doors need fixed.

I didn’t like anything. The microwave was not working, shower curtain was moldy, shower was not working, linen was ripped, bedroom light was not working, no internet. People outside smoking in groups is unsafe. This is one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed.

Our stay was not pleasant because the first day we arrived at the hotel the bathroom sink was clogged and we notified the reception 4 times and they never did anything. We were 10 days with the clogged sink.

When I asked the housekeeper to clean my room she still didn’t clean it

I liked the layout of the room. For example, you have a table when you walk in the door. The bathroom with a large door off to your right. The kitchenette is a great bonus. I used it to store and reheat some leftovers. The beds feel like memory foam. I found those nice. I sent a message to inform the property about my late arrival and I checked in with no issues. The bathroom was a bit rough, but perfectly functional.

I was told my room was out of order when I arrived and had to pay additional for a different room or find a different hotel. So, I paid. The floor in the room was dirty but I was too tired from travel to address the issue.

The staff was extremely rude and the pictures didn't reflect the condition of the property or rooms at all.
