前台員工服務良好，環境舒適

Can view the volcano island from Room. Purified water is prepared inside a clean boiler. Nice tea and coffee pick. The onsen at rooftop is smaller than I thought, but still nice, and it has steamed room. Since it is indoor onsen, the mist on window actually makes it hard to see the volcano. Shopping mall and outlet store nearby, some close at 9, the opening hour of shops nearby is comparatively long, quite convenient. It has free shuttle to pick up from JR station, supplement the shortcoming of location. Overall it’s nice with reasonable price for relaxation.

最令人印象深刻的肯定是酒店露台正對櫻島火山的美景，每天起床對著櫻島日出已經值回票價。位於酒店天台的溫泉設施亦是面向櫻島的絕美景觀，為旅客浸溫泉時提供高級的視覺享受。 酒店附近有多個小型商場，購物和用餐都很方便。

景色開陽, 正對住櫻島火山, 房間空間夠大, 女湯只有一個室內熱水池, 泊車每日1000日圓, 可以自由出入, 但酒店隔壁有個商場, 停車免費. 早餐是自助餐, 偏日式, 晚餐自助餐選擇少.

2/F Japanese food very good and the blue uniform female staff is super kind and helpful. Front office staff also are nice.

Nice and helpful staff were always around in the main lobby to be ready to help. The facilities were sufficient but it's a bit old. The staff were holding a farewell banner when we are leaving the hotel. Their hospitality was beyond my expectation.

有泊車位但要¥1000，由入酒店一刻服務員講解酒店內配置，給一間向櫻島火山全景真的很壯觀，天台風呂很舒服有凍池，但為一是沒有自助洗衣間。

Facing to Sakurajima the view is superb. Shuttle bus provided is convenient to travel to JR central station. Even public bus stop is just several walk steps outside the hotel.

溫泉不似預期, 可能是星期五太多人, 完全無位浸溫泉。房間景觀很靚, 酒店早餐ok, 周邊環境很好

房間有點老舊，但是服務人員很親切以及地點很方便。 附近有購物商場、超市、超商，飯店也附有免費的接駁車往天文館跟鹿兒島中央駅。 下次仍會選擇此飯店！
