One bedroom apartment for less than a cheap hotel room ... how can you go wrong? Clean, convenient, and very comfortable! Will use again 😊

Very good value for what you pay for, it’s a 1 bedroom updated apartment. The underground parking was secure, and the staff at the Prime hotel were great!

The washing machine in the unit filled with water, but did not agitate. We alerted the front desk, but that should be looked at. Also, we or under the sink is the book at the bottom.

It was a great stay. Would recommend and would go again.

It was an absolutely gorgeous room at a very reasonable price. It had a full kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and a washer and drier for less than what I've spent on regular no bedroom rooms.

Property was clean and well maintained. Checking in at the hotel in the next block was convenient enough. The suite was clean and had most things required if you were to stay for a longer time except you will need to bring your own frying pan. There wasn't one in the unit. We would stay there again in the future if that gives you any indication of how we felt.

Great rooms but elevator broken

Only 1 Plate, Tub in real rough shape. Only 1 bulb in kitchen, very dark. No dish cloth or dish towel in kitchen. Bed was very uncomfortable. Room was noisy. AC was set to 17 when we walke in? Heat didn't work to warm it up.

Very nice property inside. The elevator wasn’t working upto the fourth floor unfortunately and we had to have our key cards replaced 4 times. Other than those inconveniences it was a very good place to stay.

My room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

First time staying here, usually stay at Airbnb condo but found this property at a fair price. For the price the value was great. Stayed in a 2bed suite for 2 nights at $296 total. Checkin was weird, had to go to a different hotel down the road. That hotel looked like a ghost town and I was unable to find a receptionist for approx 15min. I tried calling the hotel and all calls went to voicemail. The underground parking was a huge plus! The room was adequate, lots of space with 2 seperate rooms. Kitchen had decent appliances except the coffee machine which appeared to have been used to cook something that was not coffee, coffee shops are not very close by. Beds were comfy, and linens/towels were clean. 3 tvs everywhere was also nice. This property seems to have been a smoking building previously, the walls have been repainted but there are signs of nicotine coming back through and it still smells. My room had large water stains on the ceiling which were off putting. - The couch had crumbs on and in the cushions, under the cushions it had not been cleaned a very long time with all kinds of treasures. (I did not sit on - small details like stained fingerprints on light switches - lots of dripping stains on walls. - there was sticky stuff all over the floor of the elevator when I checked in Monday and it was still there weds when I checked out It would seem most things that can be changed out are clean but the room/building itself need more attention. Would not return

The suite was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly. One left us extra coffee when we asked for a coffee replenish. It would have been better if the elevator had been working properly.
