The unit is okay. But the wifi has a firewall cannot access gmail, netflix etc.

Aircon only cools a certain area of the room. Room smells like cigarette. :( Bed linen is dusty. TV remote does not work well.Not as clean as I expected. I know not to expect too much given the price but I've been to cheaper hotels - and they are cleaner and have better AC.

Not enough parking space (first come, first serve basis) only street parking’s available. The aircon is weak. However, the room is satisfying with its cleanliness and you can request extra tables and chairs free of charge. Over-all rating: 2/5

Good location - nice amenities - the security guard at the pool is very rude though. Happened Sept. 2 at 9:30am.

View dari luar hotelnya bagus banget ada gedung-gedung dan laut. menginap satu keluarga. Hotelnya dibelakang mal robinson, dekat banget hanya sekitar kurang lebih 100m, banyak taksi didepan hotel. banyak supermarket, lokasi sangat strategis. Mau ke mal robinson tinggal jalan kaki.

Our stay at Regency Grand Suites was totally great! We're relaxed after the event we've attended, the room has a nice view of the Roxas Boulevard and view of the Manila Bay and we're not got bored while staying inside the room because the cable channels has a lot of movies to watch to. The only thing that we've noticed was the hotel actually don't have secured parking area for the guests who has a car. Our car was only parked along the street overnight. And we're worrying about it and can't sleep fast because the street was very busy and alive in the night. The street has a lot of Bars and Restos. Maybe that's the only reason why we wouldn't go back as we preferred hotels that has a secured parking of course we're thinking about the worst scenario and our "what ifs". But the most important here is, nothing happened as they have security guards 24/7. Overall, we definitely enjoyed our stay.

aircon on our unit in 49th floor was not functioning well. our telephone line was not ok too.

I'm impressed. Customer Service is excellent,they cater to the request of their guest promptly. Squeaky clean rooms with a nice bay view. Would definitely come back 😄

The staff are very accommodating. The room was complete with a microwave, refrigerator, heater and also complete with plates, spoon and fork and a glass. Me and my mom had a great stay. We’ll be back soon. Three thumbs up for this place 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
