整體很好,如能改善以下的就更好：1.沒有洗衣設備,對住上六天以上的客人極為不方便.2.我住上一星期,早餐的食物,天天如是,最好間中作小小改動,如加些生果如香蕉之類,香腸隔日改為ham or bacon.3.廚房無煮食器具,又無刀义.得物無所用. 4.餐房的桌子,很多時有污點茶漬,從未見服務員在客人離去後,稍作清潔.

The hotel was clean. The staff member seemed annoyed when I first came in as we arrived early and I wanted to inquire about an early check in. They were in the back office and didn’t get up from their chair and gave off the impression of annoyance. The elevator system is not ideal, and during any busy time you have to wait quite a while for your keypad-designated elevator to arrive. It was expensive for what it was. Otherwise clean room, bed was comfortable.

The staff were great and the room was fine, but the elevator situation was brutal. Every person we encountered trying to get up and down were beside themselves. I would rather walk down the 19 floors if I ever come back.

Room shower not working, manager didn’t help much, moved me into a downgrade room, no washer and dryer, smaller, bad experience, won’t be there again

I stay here multiple times a year whenever I visit Toronto. That's about 3-4 times each year. I stay mainly because if the sound proofing and how QUIET it is!!! It's also very clean, modern, nice staff and had a great all you can eat breakfast with sausages and eggs as a main protein source, along with all the rest of the good stuff.

Bed was not comfortable bedding material wasn’t very good. They don’t have to cover. They’re using two sheets instead top and under the blanket. It’s just like two star hotel they don’t have the bahman. It’s a self service hotel. Breakfast is too normal. There is only a few options you can have.

Only spent $800 for 3 nights. Staff were friendly and told us to have fun at the event without us saying it directly to them so its good awareness. Room was clean, some paint chips off the wall in the bathroom but nothing bad. It fit my need perfectly as it was only 8km away from where I needed to be.
