房間算寬敞，運气好時可以看极光。

飯店泳池的景色很美，房間舒適，地點比較偏僻，剛好適合看極光。

環境好靚～ 熱水池建議早上才會是熱水～當日中午四點 水只是微暖～

溫泉溫度太高不舒服，浴室簡陋沒有浴簾水會灑的到處都是 對於一個晚上一萬七千多的飯店來說實在很不值得 不是很推薦的飯店

作为SPG旗下design系列的旗舰之一，有人甚至把它归类为人生系列，去之前真是期待慢慢，最终也成为最大的失望。地点其实还ok，黄金圈完了之后，如果不回雷市，想就近住宿，倒是不错的选择，因为离辛格韦德利也就10、20分钟车程。就是那是条3位数的破路，比较难开，如果赶上雨天，那就更难开了。幸好一路车都不多。酒店周边啥配套也没有，超市、餐厅都没有，就是有个电厂。酒店自带的餐厅，又贵又难吃，又贵又难吃，又贵又难吃（重要的事情说三遍）。还有个bar，被餐厅的黑暗料理折磨之后，已经不想体验了。受酒店格局影响，房间很小，也不舒适，看起来也打扫得不干净。整个酒店的维护看起来并不好。厕所更是小得可怜。员工还算热情吧，有welcome drink。还有个温泉，小得可怜，露天，就在bar下面。去的时候有10几个老外在那，感觉就向泡饺子。就没兴趣去体验了。据说水温很低。因为是5月份去的，所以也没打算看极光。如果冬天来，或许这里是个不错的选择吧。无论如何，很失望，不会体验第二次了，不值。

住宿環境及設計風格都相當優美, 但是餐點很不優 因為較偏遠客人必須在此用餐, 餐點需要趕上才能整體提升品質 此次經驗是收費達高級飯店等級但是四種主餐都有吃過之後不及格, 肉質相當老(牛羊都是) 調味過鹹且不協調. 原本應為冰島最期待飯店 反而是10天下來最失望的...@@

Quite remote but that's why u can see the northern light right at the pool. We don't stay long in this hotel. If u have time stay more days to enjoy it.

We recently stayed at this beautiful property and were impressed by its thoughtful design and stunning grounds. The complimentary room upgrade was a lovely touch that got our stay off to a great start. That said, several issues impacted our experience. A photoshoot was taking place during our stay, including in the Northern Lights Bar. A DJ played loud, bass-heavy music — likely part of the shoot — which disrupted the normally peaceful vibe. We could hear it clearly from our room just a few doors down, and even while trying to relax at the pool. The models and crew also dominated the bar space, making it feel unwelcoming despite its cool design. In our room, the mini fridge was placed inside a closet, which became extremely hot. The fridge wasn’t cold and couldn’t be adjusted — a concern both for food safety and potential fire risk. Most disappointing was dinner. After our server overheard it was our anniversary, she offered us a “celebratory dessert.” We assumed this was complimentary, as it would be in most American hotels. We were surprised to see a 6000 ISK charge on our bill. While we didn’t dispute it, it left us feeling misled. We did enjoy many aspects of our stay, but for the premium price, we expected a more relaxing and guest-focused experience.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The restaurant was very good and the hotel was unique.

We really liked Ion Adventure. The only thing less than perfect was the Silfra restaurant - our wait staff was excellent, but the food was not. I tried the "beet burger", and someone else had the falafel, and they were not good. Otherwise we really liked the hotel.

The ION Adventure was a great landing spot for our stay just outside Thingvellir National Park. The hotel was new, modern and sustainable. It offered great amenities like the pool, sauna with complimentary buffet

Quite remote from everything else. Difficult drive up the mountain. No hot water on the last morning when we needed to check out :-(

Best location and most comfortable hotel during our stay.

Special atmosphere in the heart of Iceland National Park. Wonderful experiene to rum away from civilization.
