Cheap price and convenient place ❤

The room we stayed at was clean but there is a visible yellow stain in the bed sheet. There is free bottles water and coffee, soap, shampoo, tissue and toothbrush. Towels are also available. There were no hotel slippers, though. Overall, we had a good stay.

We've waited for more or less 45mins before we were accommodated for check in. The place is a bit far from the main roads so it's not advisable if you don't have your own vehicle.

The hotel is located in the heart of ortigas center. It is inside a subdivision. You will pass by gate. Parking space is limited but guard is on duty so double parking is not issue. Food eateries and stores beside the hotel but fast food is just nearby outside the subdivision. It feels like home in the busy city. Quiet at night. The room is clean. bedding is good. Massage and spa available upon schedule. All info you need is indicated in their directory. Complete room amenities. Great for official work or leisure. I will surely come back and stay here since it is cheaper and complete with basic needs compare to nearby hotels. It is also partner of zen rooms.

The hotel was good considering the price. The staff were very accommodating and friendly especially those assigned in the roof deck. The breakfast meal is also good.

It was beyond my expectation. I am commending the cleanliness, the furnishings, the relaxing and quiet ambience of the place. The complimentary water, coffee and the free bedroom slippers and toiletries are very much appreciated. I would definitely stay here again in my future travels. Kudos to the polite staff (receptionist and security guard). Keep up the efficient service.

have a regular pest control. there's a lot of small cockroaches in the room.

Positive: The receptionist was nice! Negative: AC was not doing it’s main function, which is to give comfort and cool the temp. There was a small cockroach crawling on my bed. No trash can inside my room.

Came in not expecting much and for the rate, and was very pleasantly surprised. Check-in was swift, staff was professional and very courteous. WiFi and cable were both decent, bathroom had a functioning hot/cold shower and bidet. Aircon got really cold which we loved. It was also very quiet and we were very well-rested. Would definitely come back.

100% comfortable, has very clean room and the staff are very nice.

Stinky, really bad smell came from drainage of the sink of the kitchen and lavatory early morning, but overall we really enjoy our second stay except of that bad smell. Hope you can fix that, looking forward to stay here again next time. Thanks.
