酒店不错，停车位很多，水压也很好，总体来说一切都很好。

房间空调不够冷，而且无线网络信号很弱。

服务人员不错，房间也不错，只是 wifi 很差，根本用不到 wifi , 地点也方便

房间很糟糕。床垫很薄——弹簧都能摸到。墙壁很脏，污渍清晰可见。厕所的状况也很糟糕——墙壁脏兮兮的，马桶里还有黄色的污渍，擦都擦不掉。我绝对不会再订这家酒店的房间了。酒店应该升级一下房间设施。

这家酒店还不错。价格非常合理。房间虽然有些旧，但过夜还是很舒服。停车场也很宽敞。不必担心放置是否均匀。您所付出的钱是值得的。

The hotel is quite decent, an old hotel; however, the price is very reasonable. Got hotel parking in its own area, no issue coming late for check-in. The facility was just basic as a 3-star hotel. The cleanliness 3/5. The room [is a] little bit old; however, still okay for a normal stay. The TV only got not more than 5 basic channels. The location [is] within the city area, old town Ipoh. Very suitable for a business trip with a tight budget. Not really for family holiday purposes. High building so [a] nice view from [the] hotel room. Tqvm.

Hotel di tengah kota, kamar bersih, petugas ramah dan sangat membantu, tapi sayang disayang, sekitar hotel ga ada yang jual makanan, harus jalan sedikit jauh untuk menemukan kedai makan. Overall hotel best lah.

I brought many luggage at that time, nobody assist or provide service to me to move my luggage in the room. I have to take the luggage trolley by myself and move all my luggage into the room by myself.

Overall is okay. Just the pillow not so comfortable.
