Had a lovely stay and fantastic food, friendly helpful staff, only letdown was our WiFi connection, but apart from that what a great hotel…

Basic room, staff struggled with English so this made it difficult in some situations. The wifi did not work at all.

Perfectly comfortable, great place.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was extremely clean and a very good size. We chose the buffet breakfast, very reasonably priced at around €8, everything was freshly made, very nice.

Personal muy amable, tanto recepción, habitaciones y restaurante. Hotel/restaurante muy conocido en la zona, siempre con gente. 100% recomendable.

Todo perfecto, un hotel muy acogedor, limpio y moderno. De lo unico que me podria quejar es de los clientes que se dedican a robar bombillas de las lamparas y mandos a distancia. Una verguenza.

La habitación estaba muy bien, el aire acondicionado perfecto y el baño muy bien, y la habitación la dejaban perfecta cada día

L'hotel si trova in una posizione non troppo turistica, direi quasi di passaggio. Forse abbiamo avuto la fortuna di prendere una camera nuova, ma era pulita e luminosa, con un inaspettato (e minuscolo) frigobar. Letti super comodi e nel bagno c'erano addirittura un doccino extra nella doccia e uno persino a fianco al water. Peccato solo per la vista piuttosto deludente che dava sul retro dell'hotel.

Good hotel for an overnight stop on the way to Santander ferry port. Slightly small room but adequate for the one night. Good evening meal in the restaurant. Breakfast was a little uninspiring.

We had flown into Bilbao and were heading West. A great overnight stop. Really conveniently situated.

Clean, modern rooms with excellent bathrooms but the WiFi we could not get working correctly

Nuestra experiencia ha sido buena, no le doy cinco estrellas porque pasamos calor a la hora de dormir, pensé que la habitación tenia aire acondicionado.... Por lo demás todo genial en todos los aspectos.

Lovely greeting by receptionist on our arrival, room had super comfy beds air con slow on fast setting but room was a comfortable temp. Shower over bath lovely and warm, small bathroom which was clean and all we needed for an overnight stop before the ferry.
