Nous avons apprécié le petit déjeuner copieux. Concernant la Demi pension, nous aurions apprécié d'avoir un choix dessert différent chaque jour.

Un hotel importante. Camera e bagno molto grandi. Ottima colazione. A cena buoni prodotti cucinati molto bene, ma la quantità delle portate non ottimale

Huoneen lattiat likaiset, asiakaspalvelijat vastaanotossa voisivat olla ystävällisempiä. Sujuva sijainti ja hyvä aamiainen.

Teníamos que hacer noche en Tenerife para volar temprano y elegimos este hotel, como en otras ocasiones. Es un hotel con un ambiente tranquilo y céntrico, Las habitaciones son amplias, camas cómodas y grandes. La única pega, es que la ducha no estaba muy limpia que digamos. Espero que corrijan ese problema, porque nos encanta el hotel

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage. Alles in Santa Cruz ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist vom Stil her etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber gut gepflegt.

Este hotel es uno de los mejores hoteles de Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Mi ultima estancia fue del 30/5/ al 8/6/23. Las habitaciones y los baños son amplios y muy cómodos aunque alguna de las habitaciones standard necesitan un poco de renovación. Puntos a mejorar es el desayuno creo que la variedad de la comida no es tan buena como antes, como la fruta por ejemplo. La comida del restaurante es buena. El servicio de recepción al cliente es excepcional. Quisiera agradecer las atenciones que siempre he recibido por parte de Noelia, siempre con un trato muy agradable y eficiente. Muy buen hotel lo recomiendo.

Zeer ruim hotel, vriendelijke service en een uitstekend ontbijt met altijd parkeerplaats in het centrum van de stad.

I would be happier to see a kettle in the room so I can have warm water. Everything else is great. I enjoy its spacious and hoe the hotel and room are designed. I love the bed and pillows, which made me very comfortable.

Friendly welcome, speedy check in. Fresh room with updated decor, shower and bath. Everything I needed for a flying visit.

Stay away of this hotel. This is a pure no sende place. not worth any penny very bad services. Hotel manager Miguel gave us even a more bad influence about the hotel and the island itself. We thought we will land with friendly and happy environment and not people who see the tourists just like a dollar bills .

Nice hotel and nice staff

Ein City Hotel mit anspruchsvollem Ambiente, sehr einladend mit einer tollen, ansprechenden Innenarchitektur. Wir waren hier als Familie mit 2 Kindern und auch schon als Alleinreisender und können für beide Fälle dieses Hotel empfehlen. Die Halbpension nicht verpassen - sehr tolles 3 Gang Wahlmenü mit hochwertigen Zutaten und tollem Service - am besten auf der Terasse mit Blick über Santa Cruz zu geniessen.

Hôtel correct, un peu vieillot. Le Restaurant offre des plats originaux en lien avec l'école d'hôtellerie adjacente. Le personnel est très attentionné. Situé loin du centre de Santa Cruz ou se trouvent les restos, les attraits et le port. On doit marcher beaucoup pour prendre le Bus ou le train.

Me gustó: La habitación es grande, el silencio y tranquilidad. No me gustó: Una sola persona para servir los desayunos, imposible poder atender las necesidades de los clientes.

Het hotel was goed, maar ik zou niet weer kiezen voor deze locatie. De kamer was ruim, maar geen waterkoker bestek en koffie en thee.
