We have stayed at this Hotel a number of times. This time we were booked into our ground floor King room, and this room was of a lesser quality. The TV we could not figure out since it was one of those "smart TV" with no instructions, other than the guide for normal TV which did not exist. We had to bring in the Front Desk person to show us how to watch TV. Our last room had a regular TV set-up with channels. Our room also had no Toilet paper when we arrived. That is the first time that happened. We had to once again go to the front desk to get us some. The arm chair in our last room was much more comfortable than the cheaper chair our our room this time, but was still functional. The room was fine enough, with Fridge/Freezer and Microwave, and very clean. Other than those items above, the room is great for a 1 night stay. The Hot Breakfast is always nice. The hotel needs to take the butter though out of the fridge. Hard to spread Hard Butter.

This hotel requires significant renovation. The shower leaks, the bathroom faucet is broken, the fuse would jump if I ran the fan and light in the bathroom at the same time. The floors in the room were done and no amount of cleaning can change that and I could not bring myself to sit on the sketchy looking couch. The front desk staff is really helpful but the property has seen better days perhaps 30 years ago.

Spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed. Easy parking. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay again.

The front desk staff were quick and polite. The room was clean and at a nice temperature- it was a hot day so a nicely cooled but not cold room was a lovely way to start my stay. Breakfast was on time and staff were polite. I let the front desk staff know that the tub drain was partially plugged and they thanked me and notified maintenance staff immediately. Well done!

This is our 5th stay at this hotel, and is a Great option for Hawkesbury. Check-in went well, and Susan was great and fun to work with. We asked for a ground floor King and got it with an armchair, fridge/freezer and microwave, all that is important to us. Wifi was great. It was a simple King room, clean and in good condition. Breakfast was not bad, but it does not take much to improve the quality. We are happy to stay here when we travel through the area, and will be back.

Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable with lots of pillows that weren't flat or stiff. Water was hot and pressure was great in shower. Breakfast was hot and quickly refilled. Loved the waffles! Coffee was delicious. Very bilingual staff, so there was no problem communicating. Awesome place to stop for the night.

Hotel un peu a l ancienne mais correctement situé. Chambre mal insonorisé , television qu en anglais ou americain. Petit dejeuner repetitif si on reste une semaine voir plus ce serait bien de varier les aliments. La piscine n etait pas chauffée , le hammam vetuste. Le personnel est genial, bien a l ecoute et tres aimable.

L'intérieur des chambres est vieillot. Les oreillers sont trop petits, trop mous, donc inconfortables. Par contre, le lit est très confortable. En conclusion, ce n'est pas un bon rapport qualité-prix.

We were very disappointed with this property. We have booked a king suite but the pullout sofa was broken. They had no other room to put us in, thus we had to ask for roll-in beds that were extremely uncomfortable with dirty and stained sheets. We booked this hotel purposely for an advertised hottub which was non operational upon our arrival. The water in the pool was cold and the walk-in sauna was moldy and stinky. The continental breakfast had hardly anything to offer. We walked in an hour before closing and there was no food left. The shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty. Would not recommend the hotel and will definitely not come back.

Not our best experience after driving for 12 hours. The hot tub was cold, reading lights and outlets in our room were not working and the hot water in the shower was only lukewarm.
