โรงแรมใหม่มากๆ นอนสบาย จากสนามบินมาที่สะดวกมากๆ และเดินทางไปยังสถานีต่างๆ ก็สะดวก โรงแรมสามารถลง MTR Wan Chai หรือ Admiralty ก็ได้ ส่วนตัวลง Admiralty สะดวกกว่า ออกทาง Exit F เดินทะลุข้างๆ ห้างออกมาได้เลย เป็นทางเข้าด้านหลังโรงแรม

Great hotel in Hong Kong! Excellent location with tram, bus, and metro stops nearby, plus several 7/11s, a supermarket, and plenty of restaurants and cafes. The hotel itself is very pleasant and quiet, and the beds with pillows, blankets, and mattresses are as soft as in a 5-star hotel. Daily cleaning service, unbelievable hotel for the price.

The staff's not even smiling to welcome us. This was the basic manner of hospitality right? We stayed at 3 hotel at hk, and this hotel gave the 👎 experience in term of services. No door boy that help us to open the door at the lobby even when we bring a lot off stuffs (stroller, shopping bags, etc).

Convenient location. Decent room size for HK.

The place is nice; The room is very comfortable; The service was good. Love this place and wanna come back again later if I'm visiting Hong Kong again.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything went smooth from check in to check out. They even gave a complimentary candies for my daughter
