Make sure to take all the used towels and not leave them on the floor. Replenish the towels. Everything else was okay.

I left a poor review for staff and amenities because Internet was not working. I asked 3 times at the front desk to see if someone was working to resolve the issue. Nobody seemed interested to provide an answer and tell guests of the problem.

Hot tub was closed but I wasn’t advised of that which was unfortunate is that was part of the reason I chose that Hotel.

No wifi for the entire time we were there. Kids were bored.

Breakfast wasn't the best. Eggs were a bit solid and toaster took a long time. The wooden utensils were awful. Coffee was good however.

When I pulled back the top sheets on the bed the bed sheet was so wrinkled I was wondering if they had even changed the sheets from the previous guest. I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in that bed

We had stayed here a number of years ago and since then the property has been upgraded. It is still on the top of our list. The only thing I would add is to put a non-slip mat in the bathtub. Other than that it is a great place to stay.

The room was exactly how I had reserved it. It was clean and comfortable as well.

Appreciated the breakfast. The room rate ($) was a little high but the facility was excellent.

when we check in our room everything was good until 2 mins walk in ... smoke alarm started beeping.. call down for maintenance told us 20 mins .. we waiting for 30 mins no one came .. when out for a smoke came back .. called downstairs. ask for maintenance again .. they told us he left for day... they end up get in a different room .. once we wash up to head to our concert.. we noticed A/C was on .. thought last customer shut off .. we turned it on .. then left for our evening , figure we come back to nice cool room ... nope .. still hot.. andcwhen we walked into the hotel.. a gentleman was asking for a room .. desk clerk inform him they had one room left .. so even we called down .. we wouldn't of got a different room ... so we made best of it and went to sleep .. but left early this morning ... so l really didn't have a good stay .. they refund us 47 dollars for all that happened ... paid 325 for room 🤔🤔🤔🤔

Clean rooms, a kingbed room without adjoining door is a plus and parking was good. Front desk personnel could be more available and more movie channels could be available.

The staff are always very helpful whenever we need anything answered. Breakfasts are the best choices.

Price was high $320.00 for one night on a Sunday ! Beds weren’t all that comfortable for that price

The hottub was unfortunately, not working. Not really a problem except that the hotel never informed its guests of the issue. And so we got into our suits, went down to the pool, only to be disappointed. Other than that, a very good experience.
