I’ve stayed here more than once. It’s a good spot convenient to Niagara on the lake and Niagara Falls. Good neighbourhood with lots of eating options nearby. The rooms are quite nice, well kept and clean. The staff are very nice, but you don’t have an opportunity to interact with them a lot. The hotel doesn’t really have any amenities. There is a restaurant on site. That is a local favorite.

Very nice room. Very comfortable and cozy. Will come back here again if I’m in the area.

Everything was very good, clean room. Ok didn’t plan on getting more coffee pods Saturday as we where out all day so had to call Sunday morning, but they came over within few minutes with it.

Our stay was short but it hit all of what we wanted. The room and property were clean, the bed was comfortable, the room was large, the location was great and the staff were friendly when needed. Check in took 5 minutes. Location is small but that means no waiting in elevators and hearing annoying people all night.

We booked a King Suite and room was lovely.

Nice clean/ convenient location but not a lot of amenities. TV channel selection is very poor( have to use your own streaming services!) I would expect better TV channels for a better quality hotel like this one.

The room was a king suite with kitchen, well equipped. The central heating was a bit noisy and bother me overnight. Also they did not clean up the room on Saturday. Everything else was OK.

For the price of the room,I would have liked a continental breakfast and a coffee maker that works. The room itself was great, nicely decorated and spacious.

Clean room friendly staff

Amazing hotel, beautiful rooms. Spacious and decor is lovely. One of the nicest I’ve ever stayed in. Loved everything about our stay here and will definitely be our go to anytime we need to stay in the area again.

Loved the decor and furniture as well as the small kitchenette was very handy, we would not only recommend this Hotel to anyone but we will always stay here now!

Everything was great

Not the closest hotel to stay at if visiting Niagra Falls but not terribly inconvenient either. Stayed in the loft. Has kitchen and minimal kitchen supplies: dishes, utensils. But no soap or dish towels for cleaning. Staff does do that but it is nice to keep kitchen clean instead of piling up dishes. Simple things like salt and pepper would be nice. Bathroom is odd as it is open literally to livingroom through two "windows". One has blinds and the other...just an open hole in the wall. Pull out couch in not very comfortable and blanket has a few holes in it. Fireplace was a nice cozy touch.

Close to Niagara Falls.
