Super friendly staff, clean and accommodating

Everything was great…. Except the pillows , it was like sleeping on clouds and not in a good way. Absolutely no support , no matter how many of them I stacked. I highly recommend bringing your own pillow. Other than that, we loved the place

Housekeeping barging in our room 2 hours before check asking if we needed towels. Didn't hear no knock or anyone stating housekeeping.

The multiple TVs with the white spot issue was anoying

This is our hotel of choice when visiting our children at MO State.

Staff here has been very friendly during both our visits. The suites are well equipped for longer stays, which is convenient for those with family members at Mercy Hospital across the street. Highly recommended.

I visited my daughter at college and stayed two nights. Everything was clean and spacious. I did not use the stove or other amenities within the room. I did take advantage of the refrigerator, which kept our drinks cold.

Great stay!!!

1) No hot water at shower the morning after our first night. 2) Broken electrical outlet on bed side lamp zapped my wife when she plugged in a phone cord. 3) Website states there is a restaurant. Advised at checkin there was none. 4) Body wash dispenser in shower was empty. 5) Living room TV had 6 white glowing spots. (Bedroom TV worked well.) Place was clean, bar was great, staff was great, just too many mechanical issues.
