Simple and cozy for a short stay. Very efficient!

There was no ramp at entrance which is difficult if you have heavy bags & no concierge person. To assist you, there was no air conditioning in the room, no chairs in room to sit & watch television apart from being uncomfortable on the bed. Also no refrigerator in room or glasses to have acold drink, there was only one place for 1 suit case in a double room, if you sat at the desk to do things the back of the chair was hard up against the bed, hence no one could get past, there was no telephone in the room to be able to communicate with reception if needed, after nine days we had to go to reception & request a room clean & new sheets, Staff were quite pleasant, the Bar & Restuarant was good & prices reasonable.

These hotel really bad in service, long short story, I arrived about 12.00 at noon and I understand when the receptionist said that we should wait because its early before check in time, and I put my luggage to their concierge room and back to the hotel at 06.00 PM, and they give me room with no lift access and should carried my own luggage through stairs, because all the room has taken they said, I tell them that I have backpain problem, and they don't give me solution and especially the supervisor name Simon rudely answer all my consideration with no solution, I don't recommend these hotel to anyone.
