Shared bathroom and toilet are quite old. They should be cleaned at least daily. I hope they would renovate in the future. Room bed and pillow are OK. Because it is a budget hotel, so I did not expect much. I just needed a room to sleep at night time because I went out in the daytime. There is a kebab shop in front of the hotel which serves late, so I could get something to eat when I returned late. In a couple of minutes' walk, I could reach McDonald's. Nothing else nearby. It's a 20 minute or so walk from Auburn station in the quite dark street in the evening. When I was not in a hurry, I caught the bus to Lidcombe station so I did not have to walk much. Waiting for the bus in the evening time is quite disappointing.

Well priced and located for my work at the Royal Easter Show. The staff were exceptionally helpful, even making 2 towel swans for me to make up for not having a towel in the room on the first night. The restaurant was a lovely surprise, with a great selection of Chinese & Australian meals-fast & delicious! And well priced. The water grotto behind the hotel was calming.
