The room was clean and staff at the breakfast is excellent. We asked for an extra blanket at the front desk 3 times but they never sent it. Next day, we saw a cleaning lady and asked for a blanket. She sent it to us right away.

Property is under construction, doors and walls are paper thin. Could hear them at 7AM starting work everyday. Very poor construction of the shower, it leaked everywhere. Not enough towels provided to be able to clean it up. You have to request breakfast vouchers every single day, front desk didn’t even look at me when requesting. When redeeming the ‘breakfast buffet’, had the option of one pancake or cereal, fruit or jello, scrambled eggs or chilaquiles. That was the menu everyday. Cleaning staff was very friendly, location is great with many restaurant options close by. As is metro stop ‘Insurgentes’ is just a five minute walk, Angel de Independencia is a seven minute walk. A central area for sightseeing pickups.

Las instalaciones son bonitas y la ubicación está excelente pero las paredes demasiado delgadas, no podía dormir por los ruidos de las demás habitaciones. Además de que deberían avisar que están en remodelación, durante el día se escucha los martillazos. Nos tocó en el noveno piso y se sentía a cada rato cómo se movía el edificio, el personal tampoco me terminó de convencer, no todos fueron amables. Su estacionamiento principal es un espacio para 4 autos con una rampa demasiado inclinada, horrible por cierto. Si su estadía es de una sola noche está bien por la ubicación pero si buscan comodidad no es el lugar indicado.

El personal fue muy amable, tuve un error en la cantidad de personas en la habitacion y me cobraron $300 mas por cada persona extra. Adicional a esto la habitacion contaba con una botella de agua de cortesia ya abierta y los controles de las televisiones super viejos y sin funcionar.

The stay was very nice! Suites concept, spacious rooms with all the amenities and included a light continental breakfast too. The stuff at front desk was very friendly amd professional, and front desk agent, Martin, who helped us was great! Located just 5-6 min walk Angel de Independencia, 10 min walk to Parque Mexico y Parque Espania. Tucked between 3 nicest neighborhoods of Roma Norte, where this hotel is, Reforma and Condesa, which is very trendy with shops, bars and restaurants. Overall great experience!

El aseo no lo hacían bien, dejaban basuras en los rincones... El muro que divide las suites es de tablaroca y se escuchan las pláticas de la otra siute

Good rooms, nice views, just gets a little cold at night. No heaters, so be prepared. Other than that, would stay here again.

Excelente ubicación

Habitacion amplia comoda con cocineta y frigobar bueba vista

El personal es muy amable y servicial. El hotel cuenta con estacionamiento en el local, las habitaciones en general están bien aunque el baño es un pequeño, es aceptable. La comida es un punto en el cual podrían mejorar (el desayuno).
