沒有電梯，行李要自己抬上樓梯。房間位於第八大道旁，非常吵雜，即使戴上耳塞也沒有用。房間跟廁所都非常狹窄，不是舒服的住宿環境。

It's impossible to sleep in the room because of the noise. I had to ask for a towel to dry myself, and the towel I used to dry my feet after getting out of the bathtub was dirty.

The place has thin walls, thin towels , and no elevator. The room smelled of bleach But it was under &200 during a very busy week. It’s worth about half that price

Controle remoto da tv não funcionava e não tinha outro. Banheira não fechava para usar. Só podia usar o banheiro mesmo. O chuveiro vazava e tinha q colocar toalhas no banheiro para não inundar. Pia do banheiro rachada. Não tem elevador. As vezes o cartão não abria a porta e tinha q descer as escadas para subir novamente. Privada sem tampa , botão do ar condicionado estourado, mas Mas com um palito ligação. A localização é maravilhosa..

For the excellent location and price, i was 100% satisfied. Those 4 flights of syairs helped me get an all-time high steps/day score. Great time!

Staff was friendly but the room was extremely tiny. Could barely walk in it. Nothing like shown in the pictures. Would not recommend to anyone.

We had a very bad experience as our belongings was tampered with and all our belongings removed from our room by the staff while out exploring newyork city-and the rooms are falling apart no lights and space to move around in the room and staff is extremely disrespectful. Would not wish this place on anyone.

I really like how quite it is, it’s convenient to find store such as food, snacks and the list goes on. Room a little small but it’s ok so far

Clean sheets and warm shower. What more can you want? The towels are super small and you only get one. Things in the room were broken. It is clean and convenient. The area around the hotel is mostly safe feeling. Just steps away from Penn station. Staff was helpful bc my blow dryer was broken. Window unit AC. Would stay again. It is a WALK UP! Just be aware.

This is what you get for booking the cheapest place. The building is dingy beyond. The front door doesn’t even look like it belongs to a hotel. Just a white door in the side of a building. The room door was open when I arrived after check in- not unlocked- but open. There were no towels in the bathroom and it smelled of mildew. This is a bare bones spot. The bed was actually fine but the noise level is insane. All night long you can hear everything from trucks to the subway to yelling on the street. I would not stay here again.

Comenzando por la entrada del hotel no es lo que se ve en fotos, el hotel no ofrece servicio al cuarto nos quedamos 4 días y no obtuvimos a pesar de pedirlo a diario, lo único bueno es que nos dejaron tener nuestras maletas en recepción mientras salía nuestro vuelo.

The AC temperature controller was not functioning properly. In addition, the window curtain was blocking the AC vents, so we had to keep half the window uncovered, which compromised privacy. We also noticed a cockroach in the bathroom.

Room to small not like the pictures key cards wouldn't work kept getting locked out of our room. People not very friendly

We enjoyed our stay because the location is very handy and near to main attractions. It would have been nice it there is enough space to open suitcases and bags. Unfortunately, we were staying at the ground level, one of staff smokes right near the front door. The room sometimes smelled of smoke. When I was opening the front door, I saw someone peeing near the accommodation.

Not to close to the street people that work there are so nice and work with you

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Room was dirty. There was a wet used face towel in the bathroom. I requested stay over cleaning service on my second day but never received. The front desk looks like a convenience store with a lot of posters on the wall and not very clean.

The property was very old and pretty damn expensive at the price. The washroom was too smelly. The room had a mini wall AC which was just beside the bed. Would not recommend staying here. Spoilt our stay in New York. Honestly a one star property.
