工作人員非常友好，但建築本身不是很好。

The receptionist was nice and friendly. There’s a self-service laundry at the bottom floor. Despite being a 3 star hotel it is one of the cheapest hotels, since it is located next to LRT Pasar Seni and Central Market. The location is very strategic for tourists who want accessibility to public transportation. I think I might stay there again when I travel to Malaysia again.

lokasi bagus, dekat dengan Stasiun Pasar Seni yang merupakan station untuk LRT, MRT, KTM serta ada terminal bus GoKL yang bisa ke bukit bintang juga. minusnya kurang kedap suara yang mana bisa mengganggu tidur kalo orang di lorong ngobrol agak kencang. minus lain bantalnya cuma dikasih 1 trus kempes dan kecil, selimut kurang panjang, trus tv nya gaada chanel (meski bisa nyala tapi gaada yg bisa diliat, layar burem doang). plusnya ac dingin, ada kamar mandi dalam, dikasih 2 sabun dan 2 sampo tiap hari, handuk ditukar baru terus tiap hari. untuk kamar ga dibersihin tiap hari (hanya hari pertama dan kayaknya by request trus ada charge biaya kalo mau dibersihkan). hotelnya ada tourism tax RM 10/malam yang mana exclude dari biaya yang dibayar dari aplikasi pemesanan hotel. plus lain dekat restoran dan kayaknya banyak tempat makan halal di sekitar situ (kudhu nanya dulu ke sellernya sih ini apakah makanan yang dijual itu halal). overall cukup oke.

Overall cukup oke dengan staf hotel ramah, ruangan cukup nyaman meski kecil, akses baik karena dekat dengan MRT dan lrt pasar Seni plus dekat ke Central Market. Minus-nya kurang kedap suara. Obrolan pengunjung lain di jembatan penyeberangan ke bilik terdengar sampai ke kamar. Tengah malam ada orang mengobrol di lorong yang sampai buat tidak bisa tidur karena kamarnya kurang kedap suara.

Staff dapat memberikan bantuan dengan baik, sprei agak kotor.

This is my almost 1 month stay at this hostel, which I fully reviewed in my second stay review but both rooms looks alike same as in the picture I included (⚠️these are second stay room pictures). Everything was great for me as *a solo traveller* (keep that in mind),it is also budget friendly for Rp 110000 for a room only without window 😌 (⚠️Rm 10 of tourist tax per night to be collected by the reception as you check in); but if you prefer bed bunks or only female dorm bed bunks, you can get lesser price. I have already stayed in this hostel for almost 30 days before, but this time I came back transiting but same experience. I took a single room without a window but no worries, rooms have AC. If you're bored, you can binge-watch programs on TV or make use of the free Wi-Fi. Rooms also have water heaters, so each can choose to shower with cold or hot water. As for drinking water, I have counted 2 water dispensers from the lobby, with normal, cold, and hot water too. As for the service, it is quite enjoyable as you get woken up if you're a late sleeper like me😌. But they can change your sheets, give you new towels, soaps, shampoos, and even empty your trash can when you ask. Each room also has a functional cable phone which can be used to call the reception if you have a request (a kettle for your room, for example), but I think you can also use it for any other type of calls, but you will get charged for this one. Here's a little inconvenience that bothered me, each room I stayed in has like a connecting door which is locked from both rooms I guess which is nice; the problem is the soundproof part which I did not highlight in my review: during my first stay, I had a couple next to my room, let's say I heard things I should not be hearing, I hope they will find a solution for that. The sound was so clear as if that couple and me were in the same room😭 awful noises, not gonna lie. Overall, this hostel suited me as a solo traveler for the price of Rp 110000 per night, plus Rm 10 tax per night that you will pay cash as you check in. You can also extend your stay there. The staff is very friendly and helpful of course. As for the place, it is literally 2 minutes away from Central Market🤩, next to the hotel a restaurant, in front a 7-Eleven and ATM's💯 the essentials 🤩

Nhân viên rất thân thiện và nhiệt tình,nằm ngay khu trung tâm và bạn có thể đi những điểm check in khi đến Kuala Lumpur rất gần nhau,sát bên là nhà hàng trà sữa khá ngon và rẻ

kamar hotel kecil tapi masih bisa ditolerir krn hotel budget rata2 seperti itu. Yg paling membuat tidak nyaman toilet (dipisah dgn shower) yg sangat sempit sampai2 dengkul kita bisa menyentuh pintu toilet saat posisi duduk di toilet. lorong hotel berdebu dengan karpet yg tipis seperti kain yg dibentangkan sepanjang lorong. Area lorong gelap pada saat kami bangun pagi membuat suasana tidak nyaman karena kamar kami diujung bangunan hotel sehingga agak jauh melewati lorong2 hotel. Lokasi hotel ini sangat dekat dgn central market hanya semenit jalan kaki, petaling juga masih tergolong dekat (+/- 5 mnt jalan kaki) dan waktu check in bisa pagi hari tapi dgn biaya tambahan.

Hotel nya bersih dan staf nya baik dan ramah sangat

Kekurangan: Dorm terletak sangat jauh dengan pintu masuk. Dorm Berbau busuk. Tandas busuk dan kotor. Tiada tuala disediakan. Dah banyak dorm saya sewa sebelum ni semuanya ada tuala walaupun kecil. Dorm gelap sangat. Staf sukar berbahasa melayu / inggeris. Hanya staf di kaunter shj boleh. Kelebihan: staf ramah. Lokasi dekat sangat dengan Central Market. Kedai makan, kedai runcit, mall semua dekat. Public transport mudah. Berdekatan tempat menarik.

This hotel is very close to the city center and only 5 minutes from MRT Pasar Senin, which makes it easy to go anywhere. The location is behind the central market. You can shop for unique items.
