Pleasant stay, clean and friendly staff

This is a traditional inexpensive Tico hotel. It has fans instead of AC, no pool, thinner walls than US folk are used to, no elevator front and center. But it is clean, safe, and costs half or less the rate of a US-style hotel. There is a mall, banks and restaurants within a half kilometer. It's good at being what it's supposed to be.

The staff could not have done more to help us. The room was clean and comfortable. We genuinely enjoyed our visit and would certainly return again.

It’s between a very busy road and a railway line so noise might be an issue. Easy walk to shopping mall and plenty of restaurants/ bars. About 20-25 minute walk into the main business shopping area in town

Staff were very helpful with directions and to arrange a rental car. High noise levels due to traffic and train tracks nearby

The staff really helped when I had a problem with my airlines. The breakfast selectfion was great, as was their method of reserving the food you wanted for breakfast, and what time slot you wanted. Close to musiums, restaurants and pubs

Ernesto exceeds the standards for hospitality! He was amazing. He set us up with a driver and acted as a concierge and reserved our transportation and tours. We will be back!

Staff are very friendly, room can be a bit noisy because it’s by the main road, nice rooms otherwise

The owner of the hotel is very sweet and helpful and the hotel ( or better say hostel really) is centrally located, which makes it a nice stay. It is also clean. Amenities are basic, room is very simple, be prepared for a lukewarm water. But the price speaks for it. I stayed as part of the group travel so it was an agency choice which was obviously budget focused.

Reservé por expedia, me cobraron por medio de la app expedia, llegué al hotel como a las 10pm, toqué la puerta, llamé por teléfono, nadie me abrió. Me tuve que ir.

Hotel was your basic 2-3 star hotel. Bathroom sink and toilet were very close to each other (cramped). Faucet was loose and moved when turning on and off water. Soap in dispenser next to sink was solid and not able to dispense any soap. Window was covered and did not provide much natural lighting. Room was located near the front of the hotel so was subject to traffic noise all night long. The included breakfast was basic, eggs, rice & beans, toast, some fruit, coffee and orange juice. Can order eggs cooked to your preference and pancakes. Front door is always locked and must ring doorbell to be let in and attendant must unlock door for you to leave the hotel.

I liked the uniqueness.of how it was constructed. Different textures on every wall. Breakfast great toi.

Charming and perfect for our city stay near the airport. Great breakfast and coffee, TV and AC worked well, got a great night sleep, would return. Met fellow travelers and shared pictures of Beautiful Costa Rica and it's creatures.

Me gusta la ubicación y la decoración del lugar. No me gustó que hubiera Aire Acondicionado, paño de manos y el agua caliente duró bastante en salir. En general como para pasar la noche está bien. No siento que sea para quedarse muchos días

La Atención mucha amabilidad del personal. Y la.tranquilidad
