Nice stay and always come back. First time trying the breakfast, taste is good, service is good, omelette is amazing, the other just standard good.

Environment good. Staff need to be more friendly

The reception staff is very helpful to assign a higher room for my longer stay for a course. The bed is comfortable.

The staff at the counter is very helpful. Rooms are reasonably clean, and beds are very comfortable.

Kakitangan ok mesra bilik selesa econ semua best cuma bilik air tiada kunci jadi susah kalau bawa family tu.Bab makanan pulak tak banyak menu sarapan yang diberi.

we stayed 2 nights when we enter the room at first we didnt find that much clean also we didnt like washroom position and door in the room coz toilet floor is slippery water not moving at all. we didn't asked for housekeeping service we only ask for changing towel and drying the washroom floor coz we had a 2 years baby by called reception and they said okay but at the end they didnt send anyone secondly the buffet breakfast is very worse 😉 I never had this experience in other hotels pls don't buy breakfast fast in this hotel

Although u book for 3 pax, the towel provided only 2. If ask for extra towel need to pay another RM5 for 1 extra towel..

hotelnya deket kemana2 tapi kamar yg saya dapati kurang suka dengan kamar mandi dengan konsep kaca dan airnya kena kekarpet sehingga karpet kamar aga bau apek,kamar mandi perlu diperhatikan konsep buangannya

Có 1 nhân viên lễ tân khá khó chịu, mình và cả gia đình đều không thích. Phòng thì các thiết bị tạm được dù hơi cũ nhưng vẫn đầy đủ và sử dụng tốt. Phòng khá nhỏ nhưng cũng vừa đủ cho 2 người.

Hotel kamar sangat bersih, sangat worth it for every penny… Sangat direkomendasikan tidak salah memilih di hotel ini dan untuk akses ke rs mahkota juga dekat.

Tidak sangka dgn harga segitu hotel nya bagus sangat di luar ekpetasi, pasti akan kembali lagi klu ke melaka
