O quarto era confortável , espaçoso , cama boa e banheiro novo e espaçoso . O café da manhã , pouco variado e não gostei da hora de funcionamento, prejudica quem vai fazer passeios. O roof top não era bom, atendimento péssimo e a comida foi o pior prego no pão de caco que comi. Outra coisa que me desgostou. Convencem você a solicitar transfer pro aeroporto. E na hora que o transfer falha , você tenta fale com o hotel e só tem gente disponível após às 7:00h., ou seja paguei e não tive o serviço e tive que chamar outro táxi. Também me ofereceram um lanche porque deixaria o hotel às 6:00h e não me entregaram o lanche .

Razoavel. Portaria nao e 24 horas. Chuveiro do quarto estava com defeito pq ora estava gelado e ora esquentava demais. Qdo funcionava demorava muito tempo para funcionar com grande desperdicio de água. E tbem houve demora do hotel para resolver o problema.

Das Hotel an sich war super, alles rundherum was man braucht. Ein Angestellter von der Rezeption war sehr gastfreundlich. Alle anderen wie auch an der Bar

La localisation de cet hôtel est son grand atout, très proche de tout, au centre ville. Les chambres sont ok mais vieillissantes, le tout est propre. Un grand bon point pour le petit-déjeuner. Par contre ne pas y aller pour la piscine qui est très petite et les places autour sont peu nombreuses par rapport au nombre de clients.

Great location, really friendly and helpful staff. The rooftop was a lovely addition for a relax after a busy day. Only thing missing was an iron which they don’t provide so we had to go out and buy a steamer.

Great location, and services and pool area were wonderful. My only complaint is there was a horrible continuous noise above us from the pool deck area that made it impossible to sleep. We were on the fourth floor. But Madeira stole our hearts.

Everything about our stay was amazing. The staff were friendly and efficient. The grounds were clean and inviting. All of the services were beyond our expectations.

The staff are incredible. Breakfast offering is great. Location is phenomenal. Roof terrace is wonderful. Rooms are also relatively spacious for Europe. All round a lovely stay.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé en centre ville de Funchal, juste à côté du Jardin Municipal. Un grand merci à Luis pour son acceuil amical et son professionnalisme.

Place was great

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - genau so wie man es sich wünscht! :-) Die Zimmer sind sauber, die Dachterasse bietet eine schönen Ausblick. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ok. Das Organgensaft war sehr gut, den Cafe kann ich aber nicht empfehlen.

Lits confortables, nous avons adoré le bar et la piscine au dernier étage. Le déjeuner est excellent et varié. Le personnel nous a recommandé un parking très abordable (4,50 euros la journée). Par contre, la porte menant sur le balcon de la chambre ne se ferme pas. On entend donc les bruits extérieurs.

Great location and well appointed room. Negative: The hotel should communicate with guests about driving directions and parking. We had significant difficulty when using Google Maps.
