I would like to share my experience regarding my recent stay at your location. This was my fourth visit, so I am quite familiar with the premises. Unfortunately, I must note that the quality of the facilities has noticeably declined over the years, which I find very disappointing. What stood out to me in particular: Mold in the bathrooms, which is not only unhygienic but also leaves a poor impression. Check-in is only possible from 5:00 PM, while check-out is required by 11:00 AM. This wide gap feels unfriendly to guests and comes across as exploitative. Additionally, there are other issues that negatively affect the overall experience. I hope you take this feedback seriously and that steps will be taken to restore the quality and service to the expected level.

Very bad experience at this hotel ❌ My family and I had one of the worst stays of our lives at this hotel. Honestly, even half a star would be too much. 1. Hygiene is terrible: The rooms were dirty and smelled awful. The bathroom and toilet were full of mold and felt like a public restroom. 2. Beds are unacceptable: Infested with bedbugs and insects, with springs sticking out, making it impossible to sleep. 3. Staff behavior: The reception staff were extremely rude, unprofessional, and impolite. When we reported the issues, they arrogantly said: “That’s how it is.” 4. Surroundings: Sewage water was coming out in front of the hotel, spreading a terrible stench everywhere. 5. Facilities: The pools were dirty and overcrowded, with no cleanliness standards at all. 🔴 I strongly do not recommend this hotel. Please don’t waste your time and money here.

Good location, easy to find, great views of the golf course

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt hier absolut. Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub verbracht, mit ein paar Punkten, woran das Hotel etwas arbeiten könnte. Es müsste ein zweites Frühstücksrestaurant geben, da das Restaurant überfüllt und ziemlich laut ist.

First off they were very disorganized at check in, some people even got into an argument about who was next. There was also a problem with alarms in the lobby and the fire alarm as well went off one day, the noise was very annoying. It very far from everything. Overall was ok but we will not choose this place again.

The actual room was nice, but 82Eur for 3 for lunch and the food was aweful and poor choice for that.

Logement très spacieux avec une vue imprenable sur le golf et l'océan. Difficile à trouver de la place. pas facile de se faire comprendre quand on est Français On a un peu galéré pour trouver notre logement et n'en parlons pas pour accéder à la cafétéria malgré le plan qui nous été remis!!

Frühstück sehr laut , zu wenig Plätze im Freien Haben Teller aufs Zimmer getragen ! Viel Müll auf Straße vor Unterkunft .. keinen räumt was weg! Katastrophale Parkplatz Situation . Unzureichende Ausstattung des Penthauses, Vorhänge abgerissen , Zudecke fehlt , Rollladen defekt ( wurde aber repariert ) Große Küche .. wenig Utensilien Sonnenschirm Terrasse fehlt!!! Check -out 1/2h angestanden mit dem Ergebnis man kann die Zimmerkarten auch einfach auf den Tresen legen !! Sehr schlechte Organisation! Ein Hinweis würde genügen! Das einzig gute war : Nachts war es wenigstens ruhig und die Klimaanlage hat funktioniert!

Rent och snyggt. 2 sovrum & varsitt badrum.

Part of a longer travel trip.

Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist top. Wir waren 10 Tage im Mai da und hatten ein sehr schönes Appartement mit grossem Balkon und Blick auf das Meer. Beim Check-In gab es einen Gutschein, mit welchem es im Laden der Anlage ein "Paket" gab mit Putzschwamm, mehreren Tüchlein, Tabs für den Geschirrspüler etc. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut. Die Anlage ist riesig und man kann sich leicht verlaufen. Ein Parkplatz für das Auto lässt sich selbst in der Vorsaison nicht immer vor "seinem" Block finden. Das Nachtessen im Restaurant der Anlage war gut, das Interieur aber doch sehr nüchtern gehalten. Insgesamt empfanden wir das Personal nicht als sehr freundlich.

Super séjour, appartement propre et très fonctionnel. Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant.

Quite possibly the worst place I have walked into in Spain, we checked in and then straight out again. There is no way I would stay there let alone with 3 children. The place is unsafe, dirty, mouldy and smelly. Broken lifts with exposed lift shafts, broken furniture, mouldy stained furniture. We were offered an alternative room, apparently their best one, that smelt worse than the first. Am currently waiting for a refund

I Will never stay at this place again. a soulless , place , like a prison , difficult acces. about a kilometere to the reception, from the apartments, A gross example of Spains ugly vision of mass tourism, the golf course is pathetic and un inspiring, with unfriendly staff in the pro shop, Avoid this place like Covid.
