We enjoyed our 9 day stay in this property very much! The staff are very friendly and very accommodating! It also looks like a very fun environment to work in because they seem to treat each other like family. It offered everything we needed during our relaxing stay in Marrakech. The facilities were great and in good condition. Everyday we always felt very cared for and looked after. The food everyday was excellent- very delicious! They have local dishes available everyday. They offer similar menu for breakfast which was totally fine because we got to pick out our favourite after 3 days! Different menu for lunch and dinner! Our favourite was the Moroccan night! Such delicious local dishes. Different entertainment every night was fun! The activities organized everyday that you can book through the app will keep you busy during the day that you decide to spend a day in the property. Their late checkout option (if approved and with additional fee) provide a great convenience for guest when their flight leaves later of the day. If not approved, providing a shower room for guests who are leaving late is also super convenient! This made us feel very fresh before heading to the airport. The only room for improvement that we saw was that maybe they can improve their system to let the guests know when they are approved for a late checkout at least the night before checking out instead of the day of the checkout. Overall, we loved and enjoyed our stay in this property!

Tout était au top : que ce soit le personnel aux petits soins, souriant, accessible et toujours disponible (spécialement le chef cuistot Said, les serveurs Yassine et celui du piano bar avec les lunettes dont nous avons malheureusement oublié le prénom, et Aïcha), que les repas (diversité au quotidien, choix, qualité) et que l'environnement avec les prestations et activités, rien à redire, on était proches de la perfection.

Service staff are all trained and nice. Restaurant service is quick and polite. Reception staff are also nice. Food is good. Close to the main square. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing place! The staff are incredibly friendly going above and beyond to make sure you have a great time. There is lots of activities to do at the hotel, such as table tennis and boules, and Alice who was in charge of this was a super fun and friendly person. The hotel is absolutely stunning and there are so many nice touches such as fresh flowers and themed evenings along with live musicians in the bar and at even a violinist at dinner one night. The whole place and staff is beyond what we expected. Couldn't recommend staying here enough!

Loved the easy location, we had to use a taxi only once for a museum bit outside old town. Would highly recommed, staff was very helpful, we felt safe and you wouldn't believe it, but none of the noice from the city outside could be heard or bothered us.

Zeer mooi hotel,vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Goede kamer,lekker en gevarieerd eten. Aanrader om zeker in a la carte restaurant te gaan eten. Smiddags keuze uit buffet restaurant of snackbar aan het zwembad: lekkere caesarsalade en pasta met zeevruchten.

Overall this property was located in a great area if you are interested in walking to the souks and other local places. It was a short cab ride away to many other nightclubs and restaurants. Felt chaotic because you are in the heart of the locals but overall very safe. The hotel staff were nice, not overly hospitable like other destinations I’ve been to. The food was AMAZING, head chef Said provided a top authentic food experience. The downside to this property is nothing is open past midnight. For it to be an all inclusive there was nothing available as a late night snack, no room service and the premium alcohol package can only be added when you book (even though it wasn’t an option at checkout).

Dejligt hotel, fantastisk beliggenhed. Selv på et voksenhotel var der solsenge-ræs om morgenen, langt fra nok solsenge omkring poolen. Der er nok solsenge til alle, de er bare spredt rundt i haven, ikke ved poolen. Maden var fin og udvalget godt med forskellige temaer hver aften.

Séjour en famille dans un hôtel bien situé, mais un accueil décevant Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel international en famille. L’établissement est confortable et idéalement situé : la plupart des sites touristiques (place Jemaa El Fna, souks, Jardin Majorelle, mosquée Koutoubia, etc.) sont accessibles à pied. Les infrastructures sont bien entretenues, et la cuisine est globalement satisfaisante, à l’exception des plats à base de viande, souvent décevants. Les desserts manquent de variété : nous avons eu droit tous les jours aux mêmes fruits — du kiwi sous vide et des ananas pas mûrs. Le personnel est dans l’ensemble très aimable et attentionné. Nous tenons à féliciter particulièrement Chana hôtesse à la réception , la femme de chambre Bouchra (couloir chambre 3101), ainsi que Yacine, un serveur très professionnel. Fatima manager de l’accueil est toujours aimable et souriante. Malheureusement, notre séjour a été terni par l’attitude du personnel à la réception (à l’exception de Chana). Nous les avons trouvés froids, peu serviables, voire franchement antipathiques. Chaque demande semblait se heurter à un refus immédiat, sans effort pour proposer une solution. Ce manque de professionnalisme est regrettable, surtout pour un établissement de cette catégorie. En conclusion, malgré les points positifs, nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel en raison de l’accueil à la réception, qui a fortement entaché notre expérience

Sejour de 4 jours entre amis. Accueil parfait, personnel aux petits soins Emplacement de l'hôtel tres bon car 5-10 minutes à pied du souk. Hotel tres calme, la restauration est bien diversifiée et de très bonne qualite matin, midi et soir.

First time visiting Morocco and we decided to stay here because of its amenities and location. Went in thinking we would regret not staying in a riad but we were quickly convinced we made the right decision. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food and drinks were good, and the staff are amazing — friendly, courteous, and extremely personable. They were truly the highlight of our stay, making us feel at home during our entire trip.
