Been in HK thrice, the past 2 are both in Chungking Mansion. 1812 Guest House is the best so far and located in Mong Kok, near MTR station and shopping areas. This is the best so far. Spacious compared to average budget hostels in HK. You can pay online so no worries, in other hostels, they will cancel your card payment and your booking once you're there, so you have to pay in cash so the hostel can even get the booking fee. Best hostel for me so far!

Convenient location that surrounded many cafeterias and eateries and a nearby MTR station is one of the crucial advantages to staying here. Friendly and helpful staff, hygiene level of the room is adequately good for the price, mediocre WiFi, and obviously the room is tiny.

Thingking 1000 times if you want to stay here. Its tottaly different betwen photos and real. Will not come back again.

Clean & great experience. I have twice stay in this guest house. Nice.

spacious and walking distance to MTR Kowloon. Change towel every day.

The place was surprisingly clean, I'm used to hostels or guesthouses in Kowloon area but I appreciate daily cleaning and fresh towels daily. The concierge speaks good English and was able to handle our late night concern. Will definitely stay here again and recommend them to friends!

The place is really value for money! Cleanliness is superb and the quadruple room has enough space for the 4 of us girls. We had a light night concern and in one call, Mr. Yiu was there to assist us and we were very thankful! Will definitely recommend this place for accessibility and cleanliness! Until next time!

Mr. yiu yg ramah dan reaktif dan respon cepat, kamar yang bersih walaupun sempit tapi untuk guest house okelah. Dekat dengan MRT Mongkok exit.

Really great experience , The hotel is not really big but big enough to accommodate us (my wife/son and me).It's very close to Mongkok Metro Station ,KFC , Langham Place, Ladies Night Market , Lots of Chinese restaurants & Grand Plaza where the bus station sited in going back to Airport. The hotel services are Fantastic headed by Mr. Yiu , (He fluently speak english) He provided more than what they promised on the reservations. I can't wait another trip to go back in the same hotel. Thank you.

So good, Mr Keith as the owner really helpful, very nice, the location is really nearby KFC, McDonald, MiStore, Ladies Market and Sneaker street.

Had some difficulty finding it but I think everything quite hard to find in the crowded Mongkok. Mr Yui was so nice and attentive. The rooms are small as most hotels in HK but it was clean, modern and everything was working. Just below the building are numerous restaurants and shops. Bus stops and the MTR station are very close by.
