A comfortable hotel in a good, central location. The staff are very courteous. The idea of a communal area available to guests 24 hours a day, with drinks and space to relax, is excellent. The car park opposite the hotel is also convenient. An excellent choice for both business and leisure stays.

The room was very comfortable and we had a great view of the alps. The location of the hotel was central so it was easy to walk around. Our parking was validated every day. The free snacks were a plus, and the paid breakfast was SO good and worth it. Only negative was that there are only two elevators, both of which were on the slow and small side. Overall great stay!

The surrounding area is not what we expected around a four-star hotel; it was kind of sketchy overall. The two non-hotel parking garages nearby both had vehicle break-ins and bicycle thefts the first night — don’t leave anything at all in your car. When we first got in our room, there were no washcloths, only one towel, and no drinking glasses. The room was very small. The bathroom was poorly designed, mostly visible to the rest of the bedroom (who wants that?), and offered no sound barrier. While the reception staff was friendly, we’d stay in a different hotel in a nicer part of town if we return to Grenoble.

Nous connaissons l hôtel OKO, de Grenoble, et nous y allons régulièrement. C'est la première fois que nous sommes déçus. Il n'y a plus de jus de fruit, non payant. L évier était bouché. Pas de verres pour se rincer les dents. Dommage.
