Hotel sangat bersih banget, recommended deh, top, tidak terlalu jauh dari st bis.

The check out time is not same as the app. Our luggages were dragged out while we were not in the room. The receptionist are not always there, so we need to wait for them to come. The workers are not too nice either. Won't come here again next time

near with halal food, of course near everything, very quickly check in and I booked room without service to clean their room but every day our bathroom is fresh, they always change the towel and give new soap and shampoo. thank you

My card money have been charged aud150 as a deposit.. Still haven't reverse back into my card back.. Even after 1 week. When hotel said it's refunded.. Deposit.. I want to pay as cash hotel refuse.. Only card can be done.. How if those who don't have card.. I already paid online the total amount. Upon arriving you asked for deposit via card.. ok fair enough.. But why till now haven't pay back to me

When I stayed there, the building was being renovated so I felt uncomfortable with the smell of paint and so much dust

Excellent value for money, great location, near to train & tram station, clean room, comfortable bed.

The best value you can get in Melbourne. Located in the middle of the city, next to the free tram zone, and quite comfort. The one and only flaw was the thin wall between rooms, so we can hear noises from the other room.

I stayed for 5 night at this hotel. The receptionist is not really friendly but very helpful. I can only pay the deposit by credit card. I used skybus from the airport and It is not really far to walk from the coach station. The supermarket is very near. When I go to the airport, I used train from flagstaff station which is also near. The tram and bus stop are close to this hotel. The room is small and I get twin beds whereas I booked for king bed. I can set the heater and they also provide thick blanket. There is a kettle and coffee maker in the room. The free WiFi is not really good.
