標準雙人床寬度只有大約120公分，比台灣一般的標準床小，兩人睡太小，設備老舊，床跟棉被浴巾都很舊，每天都有蒼蠅從浴室的窗戶飛進來，連蓬頭還漏水，沒有價值台幣兩千元的品質，是我們來紐西蘭住過cp值最低的，實在不推薦，其實這條路上都是motel，來了再找喜歡的都可以，只要在晚上八點或九點他們關門前到就可

Nice and clean with a spa bath but no wardrobe. Close to town and other points of interest.

Quic check jn and no further contact with staff. We were busy all weekend so motel was just a place to sleep and was fine.

We had an amazing stay, was very clean, friendly staff, comfortable beds. Close to the city. We will definitely be back to stay again.

The check in was quick they were friendly and polite. The room was very clean. The spa bath was marvellous

Experience was ok..sheets on the bed was dirty so slept on top of the blankets...no heating so was cold but otherwise was fine.

Loved the skylight in the room over the bed.

The unit we had was dark and stuck down a narrow alleyway at the back of the complex, against a boundary wall, with very little natural light. Basically felt like we were in a basement! I don't know what the other rooms were like, but room 6 was horrible. Lucky were really only there for a bed for the night!

This is my 3rd time I has been to this hotel I like it becoase this is good buget hotel at good locastion everything is near and safe to walk at night everything was good according to price some rooms are not air condistion other then that everything was ok recommend to all cheers🙏👍😄

Bed was comfy, and water was hot, which was all we needed for our one night stay. No frills, basic accomodation.

Looks good from outside and in promotional literature but when you walk inside décor very poor no bedside lockers bad smell carpets need changing . Overall it needs a complete refurbishing . No heating, radiators filthy , rusty and not working . Rooms 1 2 3 and 4 face onto Fenton Street the busiest road in Rotorua non stop traffic . We were in Room 2 . WiFi virtually non existent and no SKY TV as advertised on sign outside . Check this Motel out before you continue to offer it to your customers . On checking out after 2 day stay receptionist never even asked how was our stay !

Bed matresse should be replaced. Otherwise the room was nice and clean.

Only stayed one night but it was fine, Close to shops and tourist areas.

Motel is a bit tired and needs sprucing up. We were booked at another motel but they were overbooked and we were moved to this place. I paid more for the other place and I suspect hat this motel was a lot cheaper than what I paid for

Nice tidy room that warmed up quickly once l put the wall heater on. Only down side was the wifi connection did not work for me to sign into.

Location of lodge is good. Room not that good very small space for a family of 4 . Not enough kitchen untensil and no stove or cooktop .

Room was cold.. glad I brought my own fan heater... otherwise couldn't manage with a child in that cold... Unfortunately no electric blanket or even a plug point to charge your phone beside your bed. Only two sockets available .. but above kitchen bench... TV does not work....

Basic Hotel priced about right. Needed a bed for the night and this hotel delivered that without exceeding expectations.

Spa bath in pictures of room. Get to motel, its broken. They say they advertise it as a hot tub. Lady at reception was rude. Too late to book anywhere else.
