Supportive staff , classic decoration

飯店位置位於老城區，相當完美，飯店人員服務佳，早餐佳 唯房間略小(走道大約只能攤開一個29吋行李)，浴室是窄小淋浴間

比想像中好，舒適，房間整潔、餐廳環境好，交通方便，服務人員非常友善，主動積極解答問題。旅遊景點近在咫尺。

The property is exceptional for the historic decor. I love the location and service is top notch. I appreciated the complimentary water in our room ..it was a life saver coming from long trip the very first day. We were granted late check out which was helpful since we were catching later flight. Thanks so much to the cleaning and front desk staff for going above and beyond. We will be back.

It was a good stay. I was in a single room and it is quite small, especially the shower, but the room was comfortable and the breakfast was very nice.

クラクフ旧市街のメインゲートから徒歩30秒という好立地。ダヴィンチの絵があるチャルトリスキ美術館もすぐ隣でアクセスが良く便利でした。 由緒ある5つ星ホテルだけあってサービスには大満足でした。レセプションやポーターの人たちも皆親切で感じが良買ったです。 部屋のインテリアも一部屋ずつ意匠が異なっていてとっても可愛い！どんなインテリアの部屋になるかチェックインの時に楽しみにしていてください。

Utmerket beliggenhet midt i sentrum. Veldig rolig hotell, selv om det ligger midt i sentrum. Ingen gjennomgående trafikk. Velfungerende aircondition. Nydelig frokostbuffé. Gode senger, og flotte rom. Hyggelig og imøtekommende sercvice. Anbefales på det varmeste! Vi kommer gjerne igjen!

Good hotel near the city centre. At night sometimes not that quiet because of electrical sounds.

It is nice to stay somewhere where the rooms have some individuality - this isn’t a ‘cookie-cutter’ hotel. Our room was great, overlooking the Old Town. The hotel is within easy walking distance to all the historic sites )just steps away from the town square). Breakfast was delicious. Everything about this hotel was excellent.

Amazing location. Great breakfast. Bit outdated, but still very clean and absolutely no complaints. Would recommen to anyone visiting Krakow. In old town, but still very close to train station for transfers to Auswitsch, Wielitcha etc

The building is beautiful and is a historical snapshot. This, on top of a friendly staff and a central location, make this.an exception place to stay.
