絕佳的度假村，非常寧靜祥和。員工、服務、地理位置、餐飲、設施都非常出色，一切都是五星級的。

這裡非常舒適，房間也很乾淨，工作人員也很友好，我會再來的。

Excellent hotel with amazing view in the room and amazing hotel environment.

We have been very welcomed by all friends in Ritz-Carlton, and it's overwhelming us. It would be our sweet memorable, and we are looking to come back next year again. Last but not least, thank you very much for all your kind attention during our stay there.

Hotel service was excellent. We were incredibly impressed by the staff there especially Mr. Fuad from the front desk.

Facilities are not as good as the neighbor but staffs are so great & fantastic, well served and quite satisfied. Highly recommend to stay for honeymooners. More restaurants like Japanese, Chinese & Korean if possible.

We (me and my husband) ordered junior suite for 2 nights. We arrived at 6 pm and hotel clerk took us to the room, it was surprising they gave us twin bed without any confirmation. So we asked for another room with double bed, they said yes okay but he could not tell the time. And finally we had to wait for 2 hours. We were so tired at that time. And the second, I don't know if this hotel is suitable for domestic moslem tourist like us. They offer some pork dish in dining menu so I don't clearly know how they cook the halal food for moslem.

I was happy when I got suite room, Because my booking of Junior room was not available when I was checking.

Rooms is good but level of service and customer relations is not to the standard of 5 stars luxury hotel.

Got upgraded to pool access room. Super nice room. Huge and clean room. Beautiful balcony with sofa dan pool access. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Beach is clean and nice.

I cannot express myself how I feel very happy stay at Ritz. It’s not really a best experience. Everything is perfect. Staff is friendly, helpful, and smart. There is also a buggy car to walk from tower to tower and it doesn’t take long to call the buggy. Also you got the best spot to enjoy the sunrise on their private beach. Really awesome and valuable than other resort nearby
