Considered a bit far from pier and crowd centers (parties and food) compared to other hotels, but that's good because less noise at night. Room is nice, clean, and looks quite new. Bungalow-vibe with a balcony. Breakfast is held in their beach-front cafe. Staff is very nice, we ended up booking a longtail boat morning trip with them (fair pricing). Minimarket beside hotel. Overall recommended if you're staying in Phi Phi.
