很乾淨又舒服的居住環境 真是太感謝了

The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel was welcoming and clean, but in need of some repairs/furniture replacement. I did have a silverfish crawl across my leg, so wasn’t thrilled about that. Pool area was decent, but hot tub was pretty cloudy. Overall a good stay and we would consider staying there again in the future for the discounted price we paid.

The hot tub was cold and the swimming pool unheated. They kept sayng they fixed it but they hadnt. I checked out and got a refund

Pool is well kept, super friendly helpful staff, very clean and very well sized kitchen in the rooms . The building does need some up keep as some furniture was visibly dated peeling leather, paint chipping or bathroom tiles broken .

Everything. The staff were friendly and the pool was fun for the kids.

Mattresses and pillows were very comfortable and breakfast was a plus.

The property is nice. But weekend breakfast starts at 7:30 am. And we have to send our kid to test before 7:00. We booked the hotel because the website said breakfast start at 6:30 daily. And our kid wants to have nice breakfast before his big test. He is quite disappointed. Please specify the time correctly.

Excellent property and excellent staff. Great pool and games area. Nice hospitality nights on Tuesday and Wednesday.

This hotel shares it's outdoor space with another hotel (Hilton, sister property) and it's easy to confuse the hotel entrances (Staybridge is on the backside when enter parking lot); staff at both locations were friendly and helpful! At Staybridge, rooms were spacious, clean and kitchen was stocked with basics. Of note, rooms are cleaned regularly M-Th; must request cleaning/new towels etc. on the weekend. Breakfast had a lot of option, including 2 waffle machines and attentive staff. Great stay and close to Legoland- we'd use again!

Overall, we had a very good stay. The people above us sounded like they were having a stomp contest, but after we asked the front desk to ask them to quiet down, it stopped. Another thing I would suggest is to clean the tile around the inside of the pool. It had a lot of scum which makes the pool look dirty. Other than that, everything was great. The complimentary breakfast was tasty and they even had a couple nights during the week where they offered wine, beer and tacos/salad.

Perfect accommodations for family. Kitchen appropriately equipped with full fridge. No issues with noise of any kind and room and property kept nice and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

What an amazing hotel. This place was definitely meant for families. The games in the courtyard, the wonderful rooms with kitchen, even socials in the evening for a small bite and drink was great!

Comfortable and great service but no USB port, black mold all over shower tile grout. Overall average but for the price we paid, I really expected a more updated room with a much cleaner shower.

Very clean, amenities like in the description, friendly and attentive staff. The only thing for us was that even do there is a restaurant across the patio not a variety of food, also not a many places to eat, well that’s Carlsbad do, we celebrate my spend birthday the French bakery where we got his cake amazing. Thank you.
