This was my first time staying at this hotel. It's located right on the corner of a major intersection, a bit tricky for those who haven't been there before. The room was quite spacious and comfortable. The desk, however, was quite small, making it a bit of a hassle for those working on a laptop. Overall, I was satisfied with the room.

Wanted to take a shower, the water was dirty, when contacted, they only answered that they were refilling and asked to open the tap, they were told to wait 15 minutes, but it had been half an hour, it was still the same. When contacted, the answer was the same. Worst experience in terms of service and cleanliness. Until 8 am, the water was still muddy. Oh my God, this is the worst experience I've ever had staying at a hotel.

The room is comfortable, clean, and quite spacious. Real picture with picture. A few suggestions: Replace the bath soap with liquid soap, and provide a gallon of mineral water for refilling coffee and tea.
