location is great, strategic and near to mtr. they provide free breakfast with good supplies like bread, jam, coffee, orange juice. cleanliness needs to be improved though, i can see dust on the desk and our mugs dont get cleaned/changed on certain days

The staff was friendly and helpful since I came early to the hotel. While waiting for the check-in time, they even asked me to grab breakfast for free. The room is quite small but clean and comfortable. Since it's Hong Kong, we know we can't complain about the space. But the best of all is, the hotel is really near all public transportation such as the MTR, Trem, even the bus stop, and it's not really far from the city center, too. So, if you have a chance to visit Hong Kong, I recommend you have a stay in this hotel.

Sangat nyaman tinggal di sini, stasiun dekat sekali, gratis kopi yang sangat enak sepuasnya. Sarapan diberikan roti dan juice. Kamar bersih, walaupun kecil tapi cukup leluasa.

Lokasi dekat MTR Fortress Hill, dekat Seven Eleven, mempermudah untuk beli barang konsumsi dan top up octopus card. Kondisi hotel bersih dan nyaman.

Very cozy place to stay and close to everywhere.

The waiting time is extremely long. I waited until 2PM and was still asked to wait longer. Check out time is 11AM, I don't understand why they couldn't finish housekeeping for 3 hrss. It would have been better if they allow early check in as soon as the room is ready rather than wait until 2PM. The check-in line is queing with people. I checked in at 2:32PM. What a waste of time!

Sekitar 200 meter dari MTR, kamarnya bersih dan terkesan mewah meskipun kecil, tapi di rentang harga segitu, ini salah satu hotel terbaik, dapat sarapan roti dan minum kopi gratis.

Best hotel in the area. The price is so worth it. The detail tells us it excludes breakfast, but they serve mini snacks like bread, tea, and coffee. Really good! Will be back here soon!

Di sini tuh benar-benar enak hotelnya, enggak jauh dari MTR. Untuk yang first trip ke Hongkong, pas pakai hotel ini karena di pinggir jalan dan enggak masuk-masuk mal hotelnya. Memang kecil, enggak gede banget kamarnya, tapi pas, enggak sempit.

Breathtaking view from our room, best view. Our favorite spot is the mirror at the lobby, best spot to take mirror selfie for ootd❤️. Definitely want to stay again at iClub if we go to HK again😜

All was good during my stay. They just didn't daily clean my bed sheet properly.
