Good accommodation experience: 1) safe and quite location with some small shops and restaurant 2) comfortable room, suitable for family friends who need 2 rooms department 3) helpful and friendly staff with quick response to our request 4) convenient, around 5 mins walking distance to railway station

這間根本就是黑店！！我在這住了6日5夜，就在退房時職員不肯現場退回全部按金給我，我問為什麼？那個職員話如果要現場退回信用咭就要等她們檢查完房間才可以，我問大約要多久，她就話十分鐘！我說可以，但沒兩分鐘就跟我說我們前兩天弄壞他的吸塵機，我們兩天前確實借了吸塵機用，不過用完立即於第二天早上還了，但這兩天從未收到飯店職員說過有关於吸塵機給弄壞的事情！直到今天退房，她那個金色長頭髮的婊子才這樣找個理由去無理扣我的按金，我即時說我不同意！！我問為什麼你現在才告訴我有這件事，已退還了整整兩天，怎樣可能現在才說！好明顯是屈錢！那婊子態度惡劣！說叫我有不滿可以報警…如果你會西班牙語！wt！！真是不知所謂的服務，他們網上的評分肯定是請打手寫的！ 最後我還是跑去了警察局投訴，但當地的警察不接受投訴說這宗案件沒有人受傷我也不是被偷錢也不是被搶劫，所以不能處理叫我去西機會投訴 ！真的很生气， 我就這樣被屈扣了200歐元的按金，只好回港後打上信用卡公司做投訴處理。這間酒店真的很爛！我們住六日五夜，就只提供一次清潔服務！所謂的清潔房間就是補了衛生紙，換了垃圾袋，補了毛巾而已。 就是因為看見地上還是一大堆頭髮我才去借吸塵機自行吸塵， 誰會想再旅行期間要做家務事 ？ 飯店亦非常殘舊，浴室的趟門玻璃和座廁都長滿了霉菌，我還要自行買漂白水清潔消毒才能用！ 酒店提供的毛巾是灰色的，簡直不能使用！風筒也是壞的，也沒有提供拖鞋，洗髮精，沐浴露 ，也沒有補給水！ 這次經驗真的十分差，這也是我住過最爛的服務式公寓， 永遠不會再來！希望客人真的要慎選不要再光顧這間黑店 ！我實在十分生氣和無奈。

Everything is clean and tidy, drawing room and bed room is comfortable, much bigger than many hotel.

很不錯的公寓,服務人員很熱心,有問題會馬上來處理,公寓本身很舒適,該有的設施都不缺,地點也很好,五分鐘內就可以到地鐵站,性價比很高!

Our room was surprisingly spacious, and everything we needed was provided. The property has one very small elevator. This created a backlog for guests trying to get to the Port of Barcelona at the same time. The hotel should seriously consider adding an elevator or expanding the existing one.

The cook top did not work and the staff were unable to solve it. This made our costs go up as we couldn’t cook the meals we had already bought. Staff were prompt.

It’s a clean and comfortable apartment in a convenient location, with a friendly reception team. The only things we missed were having a balcony it would have been a nice addition—and some basic supplies like tissues and paper towels, which we had to purchase upon arrival. Other than that, everything was great.

This hotel was perfect for our stay. The hotel apartment was very spacious and comfortable for our big group. Rooms and bathrooms were very are clean. Location was great. Friendly staff. Very happy with our stay & visit.

My Family and Extended Family Stayed July 3-6th. Here are the Pro's and Con's Pro - the staff are very helpful Cons - They Advertise the unit has 2 bathrooms but the 2nd bathroom is so tiny its impossible to use On July 5th the Electricity went out in the Building from 9:30AM-11:30PM. That meant you couldn't use any appliances, No AC, No Elevators and No hot water. Guest had to flee the units and stay outside in the heat wave in Barcelona. No Lights/Candles were provided and it became an unsafe environment. The next day the elevators were not working at we had to bring down all our luggage from the 3rd floor (which had 3 other floors below named differently). We heard so many complaints they only reimbursed a minimal amount for that day. I'm still waiting for my full refund for that day we didn't have electricity in the sweltering heat....we paid for a service that wasn't provided.

Great place in a very central area of Barcelona. Clean, cosy and well equipped. Would recommend without any hesitation.

Tres belle appartement et personnel tres gentil

The apartment was lovely. The staff were excellent!

The appartement is well located, clean, very close to the metro, a choice of nice restaurants nearby. The receptionnist are very friendly, a very agreable stay. A downside is the sound insulation (the water evacuation and noises from the stairs and the other appartements)

Excellent quality accommodation and really helpful front of house staff. Would thoroughly recommend.

The served us well as a multi-generational family. separate room for all and u=yest able to congregate. Super location.

Slightly out of the centre of Barcelona but still walkable, which we did every day. The apartment was perfectly furnished for us and had everything we needed. Reception staff were friendly & helpful. I’d definitely recommend it.
