5 rating to this hotel. Beautiful Fuji view from my room. Great breakfast. We have to book for the dinner in advance, we can't order on the spot. Private onsen in my room. Very clean. There is shuttle from to the hotel to Kawaguchiko Station and Kawaguchiko to the hotel, email the hotel if you want a pick up

We are extremely mesmerizing! Stay here at Konansou is the best experience. The hospitality, the view, the staff are perfect. We choose room with private onsen & Mt. Fuji view. Very relaxing, we take a dip at night while the weather was cold. And we take a dip in the morning with Mt. Fuji view. Amazing! Room was very spacious and well prepared. We can wear yukata around the hotel. Breakfast wad delicious, many variant of food were served. And Konansou is really kids friendly, there is yukata for kids, kids chair at the restaurant, kids menu for breakfast. Some trick: there is a hotel shuttle from & to Kawaguchiko Station. All you need to do is go to tourist information and ask about the shuttle. They will call the hotel to pick you up. Very recommended!

Great location and comfortable

I enjoyed much stay at Konansou hotel. The service, hotel room, cleanliness, food are all too good to be true. Will do spend more staycation later in this hotel.

Good hotel. But the meal is bad.
